When I first started counselling, I felt stuck and overwhelmed. Through her kindness, encouragement, and guidance, she helped me find the confidence and strength to begin making difficult but important changes in my life. She created a safe, non-judgemental space where I felt truly heard and understood.

What I appreciated most was her positive and supportive approach. She gently helped me see my own strength when I couldn’t see it myself and supported me through some very emotional and life-changing decisions.

I am so grateful for everything she has helped me through and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing support.

Angelika is brilliant and I can't thank her enough for how far i've progressed since starting my sessions with her. I was dealing with a trauma that suddenly emerged in 2025 from the death of a family member in 2004. Angelika perfectly balances being direct with listening and understanding you. She provides brilliant insights into root causes and other factors you may not have considered. In the 3 months we've had, i'm at a stage where i've healed from the trauma and I have space inside me to receive more of the best that life brings. I can't recommend Angelika highly enough and your only regret will be not using her sooner!

Really appreciated Angelika’s direct yet understanding approach. We only had a limited number of sessions but she got to the heart of the matter quickly and also followed up really well on her recommendations where I had sought external support (rather than leave me to own devices). Would certainly seek her out if I needed help again.

I worked with Angelika for around six months, and in that time she made more of an impact on me than I ever expected. She helped me see things differently, helped me mature emotionally, and made me far more aware of my own patterns, thoughts and reactions.

What I appreciated most is that she doesn’t just sit there and tick boxes. She tells you what you need to hear, not just what’s comfortable — but she does it in a way that feels supportive, reassuring and safe. She has this balance of honesty and compassion that’s rare to find.

I always felt heard, understood, and challenged in the right way. Her guidance has stayed with me outside of our sessions too, and I genuinely feel like I’ve grown because of the work we did together.

If you’re looking for someone who is comforting but real, supportive but direct, and focused on helping you actually change rather than just talk — I couldn’t recommend Angelika enough.
