Angelika helped me with my traumas and my confidence listening and understanding me. She does her job with passion and she truly believes in the journey. I managed to set up boundaries and when it was difficult she gave me tools to reach my goals.

Speaking to Angelika is very soothing, it’s a safe place to talk. She go through my issues with me, being encouraging and affirmative. I enjoyed every single session with her and I feel like my life has been a lot easier after I started counseling with her.

After a tidal wave of personal grief and trauma I turned to counselling to help me find my way through it.

I was paired with Angelika through my work employee assistance programme who quickly held up a mirror to show me that I wasn’t heading for burn out, I was already there!

Over the course of a couple of months Angelika has worked with me to set personal boundaries between work and my family in order to prioritise my own mental and physical.

A surprising but most rewarding byproduct of all of this was greater vulnerability in my relationships building stronger connections and gainer a deeper level of understanding and support.

When I need extra support in my future I won’t hesitate to request Angelika again as my counsellor.

Angelica was great at cutting through to the issues which I was struggling with and helped me see how to get a balance back to my life and relationships . She listened well and was just fab. I now have the tools and hopefully will cope better with the bumps which life throws my way . Highly recommend Angelica and thank you for listening .

I have just ended 8 months of counseling with Angelika. It was my first time having any sort of therapy and we uncovered loads of things about myself that I hadn't previously thought of, that ultimately lead to a lot of growth. Angelika was fabulous, she really helped me work through a difficult patch. I had tried another counselor and it just wasn’t a good fit. I took to Angelika right away, she asked lots of questions to really help me get to what the underlying challenges were, and helped me find solutions.

I did counselling with Angelika for 15 sessions as part of a work benefit scheme. I had counsellors before so knew a bit how this looks like but glad to have experienced a different style of counselling that helped me move forward in my situation. Angelika gave me a different, outside perspective on my situation and it really helped me to hear how she was seeing and perceiving the circumstances. I enjoyed her straightforward, natural and honest approach.

I'd put off speaking to someone about being in a pretty negative place for a long time. Angelika blew all my preconceptions about what therapy was out of the water and helped me to challenge myself and think about things in a different way. I found Angelika very easy to talk to and felt like she immediately understood what my challenges were and gave lots of practical advice and encouragement on how to change my situation. My only regret was that I left it so long before talking to someone!
