SCAM DO NOT ORDER
I keep getting ads for this website everywhere and it’s made me remember the absolute NIGHTMARE that I experienced with ordering clothes from them a while back. I made a big order and it never showed up, no customer service but a silly little email that they NEVER reply to. So that was money down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Hey Chloe, Please could you let us know your order number so I can look into this for you, I have searched your name on our system and no order or emails show up, Thank You x
poor quality and over priced - no refunds issued
bought a pair of boots when arrived i tried them on in my house to see if the shoes would fit like anyone else would do, the shoes were not as expected and didn't fit right, therefore returned the shoes in the time frame needed but was given really appalling customer services, I was told the boots had been worn and due to a little bit of dirt on the bottom which could of been easy wiped off could be refunded, even though the sticker and the bottom of the shoes wasn't damaged or dirty and clearly hadn't been walked on. A company who takes your money and don't provide you with the service stated on their website, I would avoid this company at all cost, over price and very poor quality in that case. do not issue refunds and are money grabbers
will not be buying from them again

Hey Aoife, I have took a look into your query and can see you ordered with standard delivery on March 1st which can take up to 5 working days for delivery. I can see Royal Mail successfully delivered your parcel on March 4th at 9.11am, unfortunately we are unable to process a refund on the shipping costs for this order as your parcel arrived within the correct timeframe, Thank You
DONT PURCHASE
I bought a pair of sandals last July and within one wear the strap broke. These were not cheap sandals, so I messaged, tweeted, emailed the company, and still have no reply! Poor customer service!

Hi Susanne, we're sorry to hear you have had an issue with the sandals you purchased last summer. I can see you contacted us on 3 platforms this morning at around 7.20am, your email was responded to at 7.50am and facebook message at 8am, we feel it is a little unfair to say we hadn't responded to you, as we responded to you in good time. All of our customer service queries are replied to within 24 hours, Thank You

I love AJ Voyage…. Brought a few pair of shoes off them now and they are the best. My last two pairs of shoes were a pair of slippers and they are amazing who doesn’t love slippers they can wear outside and in.
My next favourite shoes were a mini ugg type boot with a chunky sole and they are utterly amazing so comfy. You’d think that they were actually genuine UGG boots. And the best thing about this website is that they’ve always got money off codes who doesn’t love a bargain pair of shoes.

Really impressed with the choice of clothing and footwear on this website and the very competitive prices. Ordered a pair of boots, which arrived within 3 days, and were great quality for faux leather. Sadly they didn’t fit and I had to return them, but the returns process was simple and I was refunded within 3 days of return. Communication is great you are kept informed at all times from confirmation of order to delivery. Fantastic service.
