Bought a stunning pair of chunky ankle…

Bought a stunning pair of chunky ankle boots and their so well made and exactly what I was looking for their really comfortable as well, ajvoyage have a massive selection and I want them all lol, delivery was swift and no hassle, I will definitely be ordering again, thank you guys! X

Perfect boots

Perfect boots I love them and so does everyone else, everyone asks where I got my boots from. They are exactly how they were advertised, I will be buying more. They fit amazing, very true to size. They came quickly considering all postal strikes. Customer service is on point very friendly and kept me up to date with my order. Recommended Ajvoyage to all friends and family.

Avoid smelly boots and zero customer…

Avoid smelly boots and zero customer service!
You can't call them and sending contact message means never get a reply.
Bought a pair of boots for £45 and paid £5 for delivery, when they arrived, they were so smelly it was impossible to wear them. Smell of glue or plastic? My whole room smelt after I opened the box.

I contacted them straight away to say I will return them, added note to return box and asked not to be charged for return. I have not heard anything back for more than a week and got refund email saying they are charging me £6 for return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Katarzyna,

our customer service team respond promptly to customer emails, I can see you emailed at 8.14am this morning and we responded at 9.07am. Each email received since was replied to within 15 minutes. We do not refund outgoing postage costs as this has been paid to get the item to you, and as next day was selected this cost is £4.99, as you used our returns label to return the item to us Royal Mail charge £1.99 for the use of this service which is deducted from the total refund, unfortunately at this time we do not offer free returns.

Our returns department has inspected the pair of boots you have returned to us and do not deem these to be faulty, newly manufactured footwear can have a smell when first opened however once they are taken out of the box this quickly subsides.

We however have taken your comments on board and If there is anything further we can assist with please don’t hesitate to get in touch, thank you

Hey Molly, the pair of boots we received back from yourself today have mud/make up marks and scuffs on the soles, which can be seen on the images we have sent to you via email.

Our returns policy states that items must be returned in the same condition that they were sent in and be fit for resale, if the item shows signs of wear we are not able to accept a return, even if the item was only worn for a few minutes.

It is important to take extra care when trying on items to avoid causing any damage or wear to the soles, we're sorry this is not the outcome you were expecting however it is important that we maintain a high level of quality control and we would be unable to send these boots out to another customer now that they are in this condition, thank you x
