The last few months I've hardly got an rewards, after years of loving the app. Now with the introduction of these weekly missions that you have to unlock just for prize draw entries, I can see me using it even less. I don't want to have to check airtime to do a mission every few days just for a random chance of getting a reward. I liked just signing up to a challenge at the start of the month.

Please bring back the monthly challenges. They were a great incentive, and rewards were guaranteed if you achieved them. I very much preferred them to the new prize draw format.

They can improve by keeping in touch. I raised a issue with them since August and I have phoned ,I get no reply to my phone calls and when I email them all they say is my ticket has been updated

Great little app
Great little app. Full of great (all be it small) ways to accumulate a few quid. I use mine towards my phone bill. Usually get between £5 and £10 a month off my bill!!!!

This used to be a really good incentive idea, the monthly challenges were a challenge but I liked them, now they’ve been replaced and it’s rubbish, especially if like me, you don’t really shop online. You also have to go through their link so you can’t use any other cashback sites. Could do better Airtime!

I have been doing this app for a few yrears and it is a straight forward app and easy to use. Handy list of stores as well as the reward from each shop. However, they have now got rid of the bonus you received for hitting targets which did make you shop more to hit the goal. I have also on a few occasions had a promo code to enter to get a bonus but it hasnt worked. i have emailed the company with a screen shot of the error and am awaiting a response. If i am not eligible for the code why send me the email???

Gets worse all the time
Chipping away at a once great experience bit by bit. Moved from free payment card withdrawals to a 13%(!?) withdrawal fee. Big retailers disappearing or reducing their cashback percentage. Monthly challenges replaced by an awful prize draw that no one is interested in - it requires you to click on links to retailers even if you’re not interested in them. I assume an attempt to drive up their performance metrics. I think I need to get the cashback out of my account before it’s too late and they close their doors.
