I wish I'd discovered these reviews before booking and paying. Tried to contact and cancel but no link and the provided 0330 number just goes to a recorded message. Contacted my credit card company but notice the payment has been processed. Cancelled my card and getting a new one as a precaution.

Lucky escape for me! Started the booking process and received the confirmation email, but no payment email, or link. Something felt off so booked through the official Stansted parking site.
Payment link came through 5 hours later so I just deleted it. Came here and saw these reviews so just adding my slightly more fortunate experience. Hopefully others will see this before progressing with a booking.

Made a booking for parking and provided name and email address but instead of having the next page for collecting payment I was sent an email with a code and another email with a link to click and make payment. The link was encrypted and redirected to a page that looked like a payment page but its phishing and will collect your data to somewhere else. I closed to and went to book the airport parking with another website. I pasted the link into ChatGPT and it decoded the destination website as a scam website. Stay away from them. Don’t pay for booking via an email link sent to you!

scam company, they book you in and then no communication at all to cancel, amend or refund. This website is run by scammers. luckily I paid through clearpay, so should get my money back. stay away people.

They are scammers. Wish I’d read these reviews before. Scammed for £69 but I should get this back from the credit card. The bigger issue is that I will now have to pay a fortune to get my car out of the car park. Don’t use

They sent us a booking confirmation once we did de purchase but 24h before the flight they sent another email saying payment refunded. We contacted the car park company directly and they said they didn’t have any booking, so that was a scam and the money was taken from the bank account.

I booked parking at the Midi Gatwick car park through airportparks.co.uk and paid on 05/09/2025. When I tried to amend the booking over the phone, every option led to the same automated message before the line was cut off.
Worried, I contacted Gatwick’s official parking, Holiday Extras, and Airparks - all confirmed that my booking number does not exist in their systems.
When I attempted to cancel the booking online, I got a suspicious pop-up telling me to contact an admin via +44 7777777777. I emailed and messaged them on WhatsApp. They replied on 06/09, claiming the refund had been processed. 12 days later, I still haven’t received a penny.
To make matters worse, my arrival at Gatwick was at 5am with my wife and kids. Can you imagine the stress of arriving for a flight only to find out your parking booking doesn’t exist? Gatwick staff told me that if I had parked at the Midi car park without a valid booking, it would have cost me £60 per day. The potential financial and emotional damage was huge.
I honestly don’t understand how websites like this are allowed to operate without being held accountable. Avoid airportparks.co.uk at all costs - they are not legitimate.

Scammers ! Accepted booking and cancelled on my flights day. Still no refund, no compensation, no response , no one answers from any phon number provided! All reviews they have on website are fake

Be aware - scam! They have accepted my payment for booking only to cancel it 6 hrs before using the car park! Just imagine this happening to you on your way to the airport. Avoid!

Seems impossible to get hold of anyone, no response from every number I called and messages sent, it's been 48 hours and radio silence. On their platform there's an option to cancel but it says to contact +447777777777. Feels like a scam website.
