This webiste is 100% a scam do not use.
They send you an email with a link to the payment system, which seems unusual at first (probably the first red flag).
Once i paid, they then cancelled the booking a few days later and said the money would be refunded. This was in August and it's now November and nothing has happened. No response to emails.

DO NOT USE this website, i've cancelled the card that i used to pay for this as this is a scam.

Not worth 1 star. Absolute scam, do not use. This website needs shutting down after all the negative experiences noted on these reviews.
Same as others, cancelled bookings with no refund. No reply to emails. Leaving us £150 out of pocket!

We too have been scammed out of £60. They simply offer great price and then cancel it just before departure.
They assume we will not pursue this relatively small amount - but in our case they are wrong !!

I booked the parking one month before my trip. Then I received an email from this company that the booking had been cancelled without a reason. I had to find another parking and had so much stress on that, trying to contact CS, WhatsApp, email but no success. I have come back from my trip but still no one response.

SCAM, cancelled my booking and no refund. No contact or support.

They have cancelled my booking 24hrs before travel time. Refund never arrived had to rise the dispute through my bank. Don’t use!

I am disappointed with my experience with this organisation and would like to share it to caution others. I booked airport parking through airportparks.co.uk well in advance, about a month before my trip. One week before my travel date, my booking was cancelled without any explanation. I received an email stating that a refund had been issued, but there was no further communication.

Despite several attempts to contact the company by phone and email, I received no response. Eventually, I had to contact my bank to recover the refund through their intervention. The entire experience was frustrating, and at the last moment, I had to make a new booking at a higher cost.

I would advise others to be cautious when using this company. While their prices may appear competitive, there is a risk of sudden cancellations without notice or valid reason.

Do not book with this company! I cancelled my parking and received an email to say I was going to get a refund and to click a link and there is no way to receive this. I’ve emailed and even wrote to them by post and no response. There telephone number says they are “too busy to answer” do not book with them!!!

Do not use!

They cancel the booking with no prior notice. Then say that that monies have been refunded, however this is total fiction.

Emails and phone calls are not answered.

Just like every other review, I've been conned and now I'm £60 out of pocket for parking at Gatwick. At least I got a cancellation email a few day before departure that gave me time to make an alternative booking.
Email promised a refund but it's impossible to make contact to get the money back. Have used my banks claim back scheme to try and get a refund but I'm not optimistic.
I noticed that this company was set up in June this year and is still registered to trade at Companies House. It appears to be set up solely to scam as many people as possible!

SCAM DO NOT USE ... gate did not open on arrival at Stansted parking, their website was down, had to pay full price. Eventually got cancelled message. Refund promised but has not arrived. Cost us a fortune for standard day rates. DO NOT USE

Same problem as everyone else. TOTAL SCAM!!! Took our money then cancelled week before we due to fly. Why has this site not been taken down before now DISGUSTED

Total scam do not use booking cancelled no means of getting a refund . so many people with the same issue . STILL ADVERTISING how can they get away with this

Do not use, this site is scam. They took my booking payment then the night before cancelled with no reason.

There is no way to contact them via phone and do not respond to emails or WhatsApp.

Luckily I only paid a small amount and feel sorry those who paid more.

I wish I had seen these reviews. Cancelled my car park space 12 hours before my flight.
No answer on phoneline, no answer to emails.
Am going to contact Action Fraud, this is a scam.

This is a scam - they will offer an attractive parking rate, take the money, cancel the booking and never refund the money. Police should lock them up.

Seems to be a scam. You pay and the day before your booking they cancel. Almost impossible to contact them. Will report to trading standards.

Update 11/25 - they’ve challenged the dispute with my bank which I think is laughable. Complete scam. My bank have enough evidence to support this. Don’t be fooled!!

My reservation, if it ever existed, for parking at Hampton by Hilton at Stansted Airport was cancelled one week before departure.
No explanation given.
This is worse than useless.

They have cancelled our booking without reason just week before our booking. Not trustful at all
