I like it and the Airofit support team is always very helpful.
The Airofit Pro 2 has now a better button and the magnetic loading is also very fine and easy for handling .

My biggest problem is understanding the purpose and goal of each exercise and what I should be doing or could do to improve. There is no manual that I can find that review each exercise, purpose and goal. Documentation is poor and I get the impression that this info is only available if you PAY MORE.

Airofit is easy to use
Airofit is easy to use . It has a multitude of programmes and levels and tracks progress . I quickly establish a regular routine of 6 mins per day. Using it daily improved my lung function following a period of illness where my breathing and fitness had been compromised . I would recommend the device and cannot fault the back up and support from the after sales team at Airofit.

No longer worth it
I used to have the original Airofit. All the exercises were available in the app. I loved it. I used it for three years before the Bluetooth component stopped working. I wanted to get a replacement but it had since gone up in price by about 100%. The reviews online for the Essential version made it seem that the core exercises (Depth, Elevation) were available on it. They are not. Only four super basic (and not very helpful)exercises are available. Very very disappointing. I don’t even use the Bluetooth anymore. I just use the unconnected device with a stop watch.
This is no longer worth it, not for the Bluetooth features anyway. Just buy the basic version and do the exercises with a stop watch.

VO2 max on the rise.
I have asthma and I cycle often outdoors and on my trainer. My garmin VO2 max estimation has gone up from 46 to 49 from the couple weeks using the Airofit device. The only concern is that I recently had a pulmonary function test at the hospital and the amount of air I exhaled measured 0.9 L. higher than my test with the Airofit. Calibration issue?
