Return costs are Ridiculous
First off, when the product arrived, the mouth piece was super dirty, so gross. The device itself is very difficult to connect to the app and/or keep the device connected to the app. The data given by the Airofit is just ok. The data is more for someone looking into finding that small edge in performance. I decided to send the device back but what they DO NOT tell you is how much it costs to ship the device back from the USA. The lowest shipping return price I could get from a Fedex was $150! Hardly worth it with how much I paid. And now I am stuck with something that does not connect to the app well and now it’s just a paper weight. I'll be tossing it in the trash, what a shame, really disappointed with Airofit, they should pay for return shipping. I DO NOT recommend purchasing this device, be careful.

The Airofit service is excellent. I had a problem with my e-unit, not charging properly. They gave advice on how to solve the problem. Responses to questions were answered within a reasonable amount of time and always very kind and helpful.

Great aftercare
I purchased airofit some months ago. It definitely helped me but then it started to freeze. I contacted support a couple of times and they were helpful but the [problem continued. Eventually they sent me a brand new device and all is good

The device is easy to use
The device is easy to use. However mine does not connect to the app, but I can still use it in the morning and night and feel like my lungs are getting stronger. The support has been very prompt even though we can not figure out why the enit does not charge, i decided not to return because this works without the app tracking.. I recommend using the airofit.

The app si very simple, or I really don’t know how to use it very Dell. I purchased the membership to access breathing training for cycling, but I don’t now how to do it. I have requested asistente, but they only confirmes that i am registres and that everytjing is working wel. I don’t know how to access the corrector online support as I would like. I think they should also have assistance and videos on how to train with the equipment inspanish, as I believe this is what is confusing is for the support request

Breathe easy
Fantastic product, within a month my exercise induced wheeze is gone, and I can breathe much easier and stronger while running. The trainer itself is good quality and easy to use, and the free app guides up to 10 minutes exercise a day. Simple, but really effective.

1) fijn toestel om je longen dagelijks te trainen. Merk een verschil bij het sporten.
2) voor een persoonlijk trainingsplan moet je betalen. Zover ik heb gezien werd dit niet meegedeeld op de website.
3) soms krijg je de opdracht om in en uit te ademen, terwijl het enkel inademen moet zijn.
4) soms gaat je scoren omlaag terwijl je toch de opdracht goed uitvoeren (gebeurd meer en meer)

defective product, no response from support team
I bought airofit pro 2.0. The product I received is defective and cannot be charged. After using it for three days, it completely stopped working due to the inability to charge. I’ve tried multiple ways to charge it, but nothing has worked. I have reached out to support team via email but have not received any response. very upset.
