For Context I purchased the Pro 2.0 (bluetooth connectivity + extended training programs)
The Good - I truly believe this will benefit my long-term health. It will allow me to keep my lungs strong and healthy even if my life gets in the way of exercising my body. I injure easily and love the fact I can keep my fitness going even if I have to take it easy on a part of my body.
The Bad - The app is buggy/laggy
Several times while training the device is registering I'm breathing (i'm not) during a breath hold, which has a strong negative impact on the score. for the price paid I would expect better functionality. And it seems like anything new is likely going to go into the new "ELITE" app... more on that later
The Bad - impossible to keep "clean"
I'm slightly more particular that the average person in this aspect, but will all the nooks and crevasses (that get filled with spit no matter how careful you are) are near impossible to clean. Their best recommendation is soap and water, but it is impossible to get into all the different valves on the intake/exhaust.
The unfortunate - new device/app just launched and it leaves existing customers behind
Airofit just launched "ELITE" a new device, training programs and app, but only for people who purchase the new unit. Not a problem for new users but for existing users its just unfortunate since a significant amount of the improvements could easily be extended to existing users... its just software.

Unless you pay for a subscription there is no information available on how to use it. This was not mentioned when I bought it. I would like some basic information on use other than a test. Will not subscribe out of principle. Should have a sample preview to the subscription content to see value.

I can't figure out how to remove the plastic cover that says airofit to find the place to plug in the charger. Have not tried to do anything else as it says to charge the unit before using. Do you have a video that shows how to get the plastic cover off? They answered me and gave me this video to show me:

I bought the PRO full price a week before they launched the new ELITE one, which is better and cheaper.
Contacted support and their emails were like: "yeah, life is hard. Move on. Smiley face"
If the new one is better and cheaper, what's the point of keep selling the old one more expensive?

My device has been broken for 2 weeks and you have not responded with a solution! I have sent 3 request and 2 videos as requested.
UPDATE 11/10/25 Received my replacement finally! I love the concept of what the device and program can do, especially for someone like me with asthma. I hope that you can find a way to expedite replacements in the future.

An expensive toy with a worse app...
I bought the Airofit Pro 2.0 after reading hundreds of (probably fake) reviews, I wanted to achieve better breathing while working out but alas it's just a plastic that wholeheartedly depends on a poorly executed app, I tried it for a month free after purchase and saw absolutely nothing different that a balloon wouldn't provide.
This is nothing but a scam that relies on the consumers laziness to actually give back the product.
Do NOT waste your money on this hoax.

Amazing result
Amazing result. I used to be short of breath. GONE! Using it now for 6 months. Being 56 i feel at least 15 years younger. Amazing and I highly recommend it!

The product works great, the app not so much.
The product works great, the app not so much. Trying to change modes from “normal” to sport, it didn’t allowed me, I had to delete the account, start over again (I was afraid to had to pay again, which to a degree I didn’t mind I was happy with my improvement) it worked, but the next day everything turned upside down. My subscription it was supposed to be active, but the app was saying all over and over that “yes it is active, but you need to pay again” I tried several over a course of maybe 3 days. I simply unistalled everything and I’m waiting for the 17th to arrive and try again. You can ask me again then.

I am using the Airofit as a nurse
I am using the Airofit as a practitioner to test it for my health clients. So far I have noticed I am able to run up 5 flights of stairs without feeling winded. This is after 8 days of training.
