I made a purchase after seeing an add on Instagram. I then looked at online reviews and was terrified. Only to be very pleasantly surprised. Made a 2nd purchase which needed to be exchanged. Very easy exchange experience. Easy to request and timely receipt of exchanged item. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I’m not certain about quality from a longevity standpoint. They do have a 1 year warranty which I’m hoping I won’t need, but so far so good. Really cute and unique pieces. They look great layered. I got 2 different chains in different lengths.

This company had an offer on GMA Deals and Steals. Immediately after ordering, I felt guilty about spending the money & called to cancel. I have been going through breast cancer, doctor bills come first. I spoke to Jordan, she sent me a cancellation email. The problem is the charge had already gone through, that fast! Citibank has been trying to contact them about my refund and they have not responded. I have tried to contact them myself. It was $176.00!! I finally got through to them today! 8/20/25! Received an email stating my refund is in progress! Thank you Omar for your attention to the problem!

All three necklaces purchased and charms have tarnished from normal exposure to sweat and body oils. On one of the chains clasps, the plating is BUBBLING off of the base metal (probably brass or nickel).

In addition, upon receipt of all chains, all three had sharp edges on the metal clasp, seriously damaging their reputation for being a merchant of quality goods.

The chain clasp was broken. I was willing to just exchange it another one but the customer service return process was so dismal I decided to request a refund. The refund process includes delays, bad links, and you have to send multiple photos. I would not buy directly from this company --see if you can find the product (if you must) on a website that will work with if you have issues --Amazon for example.
The final insult is the amount of Spam after you place your order. It is non stop.

My fingers had been looking for a necklace to fidget with again, so I began looking for a new "Classic Me" necklace to wear each day. Since then, Air and Anchor started popping up on my feed. I saw a necklace on their site that I wanted but it was already sold out. Then "Down the Rabbit Hole" showed up on their site, and of course my granddaughter being named "Alice," I decided to splurge for my birthday and get the most affordable version before it sold out too. I've had it for a month, now. It's sterling silver for my contact-sensitive neck, and the cuff and charm are recycled gold. Maybe I should have gotten a slightly shorter one, but I really like it otherwise. The charm is on the cuff that opens and shuts firmly, with no clasp to get caught in my hair. I've had no problems with the unique clasp design. I had the security guard at work tell me I'm "rocking the strength vibe" with this necklace. That's just the look I was going for!

I've ordered three things. I love them all. Three pendants, and earrings. Fast shipping and amazing jewelry. Great prices too. I've got solid gold pieces.
These are fun and beautiful. And the bail fits all my chains. And the customer service is outstanding. Just call.

I bought my daughter a necklace for her birthday & it was great. However she in turn bought me one for Christmas, I had trouble putting it on & she did too but was finally able to open it. I wore it overnight & broke out in a rash & unfortunately my daughter is out of town & I struggled to open the tab. I followed the instructions & even saw a video with no luck. I guess you know what I had to do to get it off. I will not be wearing this necklace. Not worth the price.

I bought two necklaces and two pendants. The pendants are turning and my necklaces I can’t even wear.!!!!! There are little pieces of the metal sticking out and it rubs my neck. They are not smooth, but rough. They were over priced costume jewelry… over $300!! 😢🤬💩
