Excellent customer service and support…
Excellent customer service and support from all the staff at DMC Canotec throughout our dealings and the process of replacing all of our printers. Peter Woodthorpe's genuine and considered advice at the outset of purchasing the machines and the prompt and smooth implementation thereafter, was nothing short of refreshing. We look forward to ongoing business with the company.

We have received our new photocopier…
We have received our new photocopier DMC Canotec and it is great. They delivered this and we had a small problem with scanning but they solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Great service and we will recommend to others.

Excellent service and friendly staff
We have had machines from DMC Canotec for a number of years now and have always found them to provide a high level of service - any technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently (often including a same day site visit), staff are always friendly and helpful, and we are always confident that the machine we have will do what we need it to. Can't fault them at all!

We have had our machine for a number of years with DMC Canotec, and cannot fault their services, if we had an issue (which is extremely rare) it is dealt with the same day.

DMC are a good bunch!
The DMC engineers are very good and carry years of product experience, responding in a timely manner. Account management is effective with a very pesonable bunch of folks running the show. The area that falls down for us is around a disparity between solutions that are effectively in partnership with another vendor. Communication can get lost and there is not the technical knowledge of the other party's software for the DMC folks to assist with. Frustrating when our support agreement is one a single supplier.

Excellent service, great comms from start to finish, easy to deal with and helpful, made sure that the recomended machine would do what we needed it to, and came and gave us on site training. Have been a customer for many years and the maintenance side has always been fast response.
