Excellent service, very helpful

Always received a great service, be it from the Account Manager through to fixing any problems, would highly recommend DMC for your print management requirements.

We have a very reliable printer supplied by DCM and as a result we rarely need to contact DCM for maintenance issues. David makes an annual client visit to make sure everything is running smoothly and provides advice on any minor issues we may have.

As always Nick was professional and came with all necessary information for our meeting.

Always quick to respond to any questions, issues and faults usually fixed the same day. Recommended.

Toners etc all arrive in plenty of time and service we get from our engineer, Andy, is faultless.

DMC are great! We have had an office printer/scanner through DMC for years, and recently upgraded it with them. They offered advice and assistance way above what we expected. Really happy with the new machine and their staff are really helpful, their responses to issues/questions has been brilliant.
