The setup process with Agilico was very smooth. The customer service has been very quick and proactive when dealing with queries and tickets raised.

I've been using Agilico (previously under the guise of United Carlton) for the last 15 years. We've always had a quality service provided.

Great service and would never look anywhere else for our copier needs.

Easy to work with, good service offered. They are always willing to help in whichever way they can.

Having dealt with Agilico due to a business we have acquired, I find it extremely disappointing that their level of customer service is very poor

- I am trying to get hold of a copy of our contracts but despite asking several times, a week later I still don’t have them.

- I have requested call queue setting changes that is yet to materialise after a week of making the request

- support for registering and re registering an IP phone to a base is poor and still pending

- Request on cancellation of analogue services has not been acknowledged alongside request to transfer the main number to one call queue

Staff were very helpful and treated me as an individual.

I phoned on Monday to report an issue with the feed/lid of our Ricoh device. Your engineer, John, arrived the next day and fixed the problem.
John then went the extra mile in giving the device an overall check and identified a potential problem with a slight line/blemish on the glass, which we hadn't noticed. John's attention to detail and proactive approach meant this potential problem was picked up before it could become an issue. John returned two days later with the replacement part and fitted it for us.

So, I just wanted to say thank you [again!] for such prompt, efficient, and proactive service – it is very much appreciated.

Superior service and support. I was kept updated the entire time the large printer was down via email and was able to communicate to a significant amount of my colleagues what the latest status was.

The engineer who attended was friendly and knowledgeable and again kept me updated. He attended the same day as I placed the service call.
