I've purchased on many occasions from A Fine Pair of Shoes - the people who run it are very knowledgable and helpful. They ship quickly and returns are dealt with promptly. I recently had a small issue, I contacted them, and this was dealt with immediately.

My package took too long. He came broken all over my front porch. He sent me another box that was broken too and now FedEx wants me to pay $25.02 to them for a freight and for tariff I’ve sent you many letters asking you to please dispute this $25 and you haven’t sent me back any emails so your service really wasn’t that great

A simple email telling me my order has been sent.
Once my order was received, it was packed very well, even so the package was slighty damaged. Let's be clear packing gets bounced around it happens.
Any hoo the item(s) was secure no damage.
