My package took too long
My package took too long. He came broken all over my front porch. He sent me another box that was broken too and now FedEx wants me to pay $25.02 to them for a freight and for tariff I’ve sent you many letters asking you to please dispute this $25 and you haven’t sent me back any emails so your service really wasn’t that great

We answered every email this customer sent and replaced the order completely for them and reshipped it quickly. Due to incompetence of FedEx (they managed to smash the parcel twice) the customer did not get the shipment in good condition, so we apologised quickly and gave a full refund! We have fully discharged our responsibility as a seller and the customer now needs only to dispute the $25.02 since we cannot, as we are not the receiver and this is a tariff charge which is not anything to do with the shipper.
