Product quality

I have many many pairs of Chelsea Peers pyjamas, all of which are in satin fabric.
I have just received my latest purchase this morning and am so disappointed that the quality of the satin fabric is nothing like it used to be. Obviously this is a cheaper fabric and therefore increases their cost margins on each pair.
What a huge shame. I have always been such a fan of both their customer service and product and these will probably be my last pair purchased.

Damaged product

As is quite common, and unfortunated these days, my package from Litfad arrived in a very poor condition. Ripped packaging which resulted in the product, a bookcase, being damaged beyond repair, and use. Litfad have re-inbursed the cost of the product to me.
