AFH Wealth Management Arvostelua 

AFH have both very high quality Financial Advice and Wealth Management. I have been provided with very supportive guidance in Retirement by Andrew F Smith and have been very happy with the performance of my Funds

When AFH took over my existing IFA I was assured in writing by my existing company that there would be no change.
When AFH took over they requested that I change over to their platform from Aviva
The transfer became a little bit cloudy when I was told it would cost me up to 3% of my fund for administrative costs
I argued that I should not be paying any costs as I was already with AFH after the transfer
I was offered a slightly reduced fee which I also argued about paying
This lead to a confusing period of time which resulted in AFH not managing my fund whilst still taking my fees
This resulted in me taking AFH to the Ombudsman which found in my favour
AFH returned my fees after my complaint.
I can not comment on my investment returns as I was not with them long enough but no I would not recommend them

My advice from Nic Lambert was exceptional. He explained and offered advise in a clear uncomplicated way. Answered all our questions honestly with no pressure and with as much time as we needed. Thank you Nik you really did help and I certainly appreciate what you helped us with. Throughly recommend

I was introduced to AFH via Pensionwise (Government Pension website guidance service). I found my AFH representative, Frazhana Khan really helpful and informative, giving invaluable guidance on what was right to suit my particular circumstances and likely tax liabilities, including how to limit my exposure in retirement. AFH carried out a comprehensive financial review on current and planned outgoings. This allowed them to project how long my pension would last once I commenced draw down. As part of the ongoing service from AFH, a yearly financial health check continues to ensure that you remain in what is best for my circumstances.
What is my one regret? I wish had started financial planning for my retirement sooner than I did, because AFH has made my investment work hard for me.

I have now been with AFH around 7 years since leaving my financial advisor company who retired.
As you could imagine from day one I was very sceptical on how AFH would look after my investments.
The first 4 years went without any problems with the advisor that was assigned to me.
I was then assigned Olivia Flanagan who has now looked after me for the past 3 years.
Olivia is very professional and explains all aspects of my portfolio in great detail. If she doesn't know the answer she comes back within hours with the answer.
