Faulty web site
I was requested to submit my annual water meter reading, when I logged into their website it showed that my previous meter reading was 00000. When I submit my reading the following message appears: "This reading is higher than we'd expect. Can you check you've only read the black digits (not the red ones) and the numbers you've entered are correct? When you're happy to submit the reading, click 'Submit'. We'll contact you if there's a problem" However, the web site does not let you submit. No way to contact them by email, and when you call the wait time is over 15 minutes, with constant stupid message telling you to do things online or on their new app.

persistence is required sometimes.
After reporting a leak and them fixing it!!! I received an update to say the leak was fixed and we will finish tge job off and remove the barriers! The pipe was still leaking and it was reinstated still leaking, I reporting it 3 more times but my case were all closed saying it was duplicate and had been fixed! I took another photo and reached out through social media and finally they listened and are now looking at the job again, hence the 5stars.. But please, if the same person is reporting the same issue please listen or even phone them, you had my contact details.

Found the web site not user friendly and hard to set up direct debit -I am not sure that the direct debit for a 1 bedroomed house is appropriate !

I can not login account since…
I can not login account since affinity water update system 2 months contract them getting no where. I have been with them since 2006 never had
any problems this is the first time. I also asked for a copy of my bill and the discounts from sewage I get and the surface water twice I have asked last we I was told by the end of the day I will get it it is Tuesday 18th August today two months I have been contacting them
Yesterday evening I got the copies I have been trying to get for weeks at last one thing less to worry about and still waiting to hear about if I can get back to signed into my account today is 19th August 2026
