Five stars for the lovely Livvy, customer service at A Farley. Having been sent from pillar to post - webchat to phone back to webchat, I resorted rather pessimistically to emailing customer service regarding an order I placed 5 days ago. Livvy responded promptly to the points in my email with curtesy, clarity and assurance. Thank you, Livvy.
To A Farley…your webchat advises to contact you by phone. I did so after the lines opened only for an automated phone message directing me back to webchat. I’d like to think rather than this being a really useless ineffective way to communicate with you it was simply a lack of resource where no one was available. If it was the former then maybe it’s a process that’s needs reviewing?

I got a very good price for the item that I wanted compared with competitors. Having ordered the item I needed help from customer support. They were able to prioritise my query and make sure that I was able to make the best decision. Excellent customer support started with their Live Chat model. I wanted to speak to someone and Live Chat was able to raise a ticket with an advisor. They contacted me first thing this morning and provided me with the necessary support. Before travelling to the store consider......
Called in on Saturday 16th May intending to buy 2-3 pairs Meyer trousers but very disappointed at the limited stock and colour options ( Stock was 95% black or navy)... We were told other colours very popular and sell out quickly hence virtually no colour choice in store... not a good trading strategy surely.
It may well be the case that one can "find the right trousers for any occasion" in their online shop, but in this instance it resulted in loosing a sale in the region of £400.
The other surprise was that although the shop was well manned and with only one customer to attend to the interest shown was noticeable only by it's absence.

Same issue as others on here. 4 weeks and no sign of product. Chat takes you to phone which takes you to chat. Wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering but they looked like a good company. :(

Professional competent service
Hi,
I felt I had to complement Livvy and her manager who’s name I don’t have on their correspondence to me regarding an issue concerning extra payments VAT on my original order.
This issue was not their fault but it was due to import duty from uk to Ireland which was an added extra cost to my order.
Farley Co are a very reputable professional group with super quality goods at very good price structure.
Livvy is a very added asset to the Farley business she has got what it takes to solve one’s problems.
I want to thank all concerned in dealing with my issue, and wish them the very best of business going forward.

Awful customer experience, never again.
The (£300) birthday present order took 3 weeks to arrive having being told in writing that it would be 3 business days. There is no phone number to call and they either ignore email requests to sort things out or try to fob you off.
Avoid at all costs.

Shocking Service.
I have never and it is still the case, that I haven't recieved a delivery date. The only communication (of any kind) I have recieved is the original order with a order number on and no further details. I have tried several times to use their automated service to cancel my order but instructed that orders can only be cancelled by telephone (0116 4105440). When I have telephoned the service says they no longer take telephone calls and to use the automated service. I frustratingly will have to wait a few days more and cancel the payment made to the bank. In my opinion I have been treated shockingly and this shouldn't be acceptable.
