Faparley Arvostelua 

Very disappointing experience with Faparley.

I ordered a top costing £22.97 plus postage, which took some time to arrive. When it arrived on 29 September, it was much too big for me, particularly the sleeves, so I contacted Faparley that same day to request a return and refund.

I sent three emails but received no response, so I had to find and add them on Facebook to try to contact them there. I eventually received a response and was told to contact them by email again.

They then asked me to provide photographs of the packaging and evidence showing that the top was too big, which I did. Instead of simply arranging the return, they offered me 30% off and suggested that I give the top to a friend. I declined because I wanted to return the item for a refund.

They repeatedly told me not to return it to the address on the packaging and said they would provide the correct return address. Despite asking several times, I still wasn’t given the return address.

After further messages, they eventually offered me 50% off instead of allowing me to return the top. I accepted this simply because I had already spent so much time trying to arrange a return and was concerned that returning it could involve expensive postage. They have now processed a refund of £11.48.

I have spent far too much time dealing with this, which should not be necessary for a £22.97 purchase. The communication has been extremely frustrating, and I feel customers should be given clear return instructions rather than being repeatedly encouraged to keep an item they don’t want.

I normally never leave reviews, but I feel I should share my experience to warn other customers. Based on my experience, I would not order from Faparley again.

If I could have given a zero, I would of I received my order after three weeks when I received it, it was nothing like the
picture I had ordered. This is false advertising and should not be allowed.

Awful quality of the top I bought...too big they asked for photos which I sent..paid £24...and paid for express shipping thar took 5 weeks...they refunded me £6.00...cheap nasty quality. The pics on there website are fake...when will I learn ! I'm done with these cheap and nasty Chinese rip off sites

I ordered 3 sets without looking at the reviews so after reading so many poor reviews, I was gutted and expecting to be disappointed. Have to say I’m so glad I didn’t read the reviews first because I wouldn’t have ordered. My sets arrived today and I’m honestly over the moon with them. They’re smart, comfortable and a much better material than I anticipated. I’m 4’11 so ordered the cropped sets that are advertised everywhere and they are the perfect length. Not sure why people seem to dislike them but I for one would definitely order them again.

Avoid this company, trousers came,needed to send them back ,couldn't find any way of contacting them so I wrote a comment on their social media page and they contacted me,ended up having to accept 50%discount because it would have cost over £20 to send them back ,there isn't a shop like advertised, it comes from Hong Kong, shocking communication, AVOID

Terrible communication, just one email to say purchased does not track with specific details, arrived after 15 days looking like two rags that you would wash the floor with extremely poor quality and sewing is appalling.
To return would cost two thirds of amount paid so they will just go in the rag bag ☹️

Clothing item looks so good in video and stated good for short women. Product is very bad quality, I emailed them to request return, they offered me 20% of cost I refused and requested a full refund. They have gone quiet on me.
Do not deal with this company it’s appalling. I should have realised this as price was so cheap £20.

Very poor quality clothing with awful fabric, the price should have alerted me but I was taken in by the woman in the video who always make the clothes look good. They won't let you return items as they will tell you it will cost you more to return the item to China that it cost to buy.
