Two weeks after ordering a dehumidifier, and receiving a dispatch confirmation suggesting 3-5 working days’ express delivery, I hadn’t heard anything further. I emailed and was asked to wait a little longer. I responded that I had already waited longer than the anticipated delivery time and had no tracking facility for my product, requesting they tell me where my package is. I was told a replacement product would be dispatched. I didn’t receive that either so requested a full refund, which I did receive within a week of my request. Customer Service and communication from Sarah was excellent, but disappointing that I did not receive the product I ordered. Approximate timeline was five and a half weeks from placing the order to receipt of a refund.

I love my hearing aids they have changed my day to day life great if you wear glasses as they have no box behind your ear to hurt you

This was truly a terrible product. It was completely missold and nothing like advertised.

Awful customer service.

Managed to get a full refund by contacting our bank.

Do not trust this company

I ordered a product that I needed to return and after reading some reviews I made a hasty decision to contact my bank to arrange a charge back. I shouldn’t have done that as Aeroflux team were really great at communicating and responsive and were happy to refund me themselves. It would have been straight forward. I would order from them again in the future in the knowledge that they are a trustworthy business.

Shocking company to deal with , take your money and do not despatch goods. Contact emails get ignored and ignored.

I would strongly advise people to stay clear of these frauds!

Unfortunately there was a delay in my order arriving but I have been told this was to do with delivery rather than dispatch. As the product did not arrive in time, I need to return the item. Aeroflux have helpful in resolving the matter to my satisfaction and I have been assured that I can return the product for a refund.

I never received the Hydrogen Water Bottles. Only the hand held fan.i tried numerous occasions to contact them,Emails voicemails,Their a scam i was totally ignored .I would never recommend this company??? Or whatever they are

Steer clear of these SCAM MERCHANTS. My 85 year old mother mistakenly ordered a handheld car vacuum instead of a house vacuum. When I requested a return they offered a 40% refund if we didn’t go ahead (smacks of a company teetering on going bust) however I paid for the return and got a message stating it had been used (impossible for my mother) and wouldn’t issue a refund. Ripping off pensioners is the lowest of the low.

I ordered bunion corrector for £39.99 on 31 May 26. I received it and I was not satisfied with the product and eventually found an email address to return the product in its original envelope as received few days later. I sent the product back on 18.06.26 by Post Office tracked delivery to the merchant several emails were traded and I gave them the tracking no. Several days passed and their customer service claimed wrong tracking no. Post office confirmed delivery on 20.06.26 I am having issues with getting refund. still on going

The aeroflux fa wasn't as wide as I expected, It didn't work for up to 2hours of continuous usage in the lowest setting after being charged to 100%.
The torch kept coming on and it was a major hassle to turn it off as the long press of the power button wasn't working for it.
I tried to return the fan by sending them a message twice and it took a while for them to respond and they gave a long list that basically forced me to keep a fan I didn't like for a 40% refund instead.
I didn't want to go through all that trouble only to not get my money back so I decided 40% was better than nothing.

This hand-held Aeroflux product is SO effective and holds its charge for a really long time! We are delighted and spotted its use by other patients enduring ‘male hot-flushes’. A great find, especially in recent heatwave.

Don't bother

My order took a long time to arrive and I had to chase it up by email. Customer services however, were excellent, and following my contact kept me updated until I had successfully received the parcel. It would have been nice to have been informed that there was a delay, especially as I was initially told that my parcel would be arriving in a matter of days. I thought it had got lost. I'm sure the product will suit some people, but it's not quite as thick and comfortable as I had expected. The pictures on the website make it look far more robust and pressure-relieving than it is in reality. I took it to an all-day event where I had to sit on a hard plastic chair for several hours with only the occasional breaks to stand for a few moments. I had hoped that the cushion would provide much-needed comfort during this time, but it was too thin and lightweight, so the following day I had to resort to a basis padded seat cushion, which although quite thin (for ease of transportation to the event on public transport) was more suitable for me. I shall keep it as I use it on one of my dining room chairs, but it's not suitable for long periods of time. It's actually quite pricey for what it is, especially as there are similar items available in high street stores at a much lower cost.

I had a few questions about my order, and the customer service team Sarah responded quickly and answered every one of them. They were very easy to communicate with, and the whole process was smooth. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

The product (handheld vacuum cleaner) was not as advertised. The disingenuous packaging photo online disguised the fact that it was a poor quality Chinese product. The power rating is lower than advertised so the suction quality is poor. Having now read all the woes of other customers I couldn’t be bothered to return the item or grapple with the unresponsive customer service.

No returns system, but instead you have to email to request a return and refund. It’s giving TOTAL SCAM
