Horrendous. Avoid!!!!!!
Wrong item was sent - repeatedly told I was wrong, then a month of tedious emails back and forth and still no resolution. I was repeatedly offered a partial refund to which I kept saying - no, you sent me the wrong item I do not wish to keep it. Eventually they agreed to arrange return delivery of the item. But then twice I have chosen the collection date with Royal Mail. Neither was actually arranged. Horrendous customer services. Please please avoid and do not trust this company and please do not buy any item from them. Worst customer services I have ever experienced. No phone number, I doubt they are even a real company. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO BUY ANYTHING!!

Unfortunately this is a bogus site I believe. I ordered an aeroflux after 5 star reviews (god knows where they came from) and I received a product which does not work. I have now sent around 8 emails asking for a return label and a return address for a refund. However I keep getting emails back from them but none of them sending a return label. They take your money but do not want to refund you. Please avoid at all costs. All I wanted was a mini vaccum that works, it cost me £35 and it doesn’t work and they won’t refund me even though it only just arrived a few days ago.

Returned an item on 11th of May, still awaiting a refund despite sending returns tracking as requested, and have chased up the refund on 2 occasions.

PLEASE READ. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reason there are so many 5 star reviews is because Aeroflux offers a £5 Amazon Evoucher to leave a good review. This is important for the following reason. I bought a knee support for £19. It did not arrive next day as described and took 3-4 days. The packaging was cheap and the product was inferior and not as described. I emailed asking for a refund and they offered me a 40% refund and to keep the knee support. I refused and asked for a full refund and the return address. It took another 5 days to respond after repeated requests. I was offered the partial refund again and then a list of conditions to return the item. £5 postal tracking, exact packaging, labels still intact, print off electronic invoice etc. 12 day inspection regime. The list was clearly designed to put customers off. I weighed up the number of obstacles and read the 1 star reviews and realised that this company would not refund the full amount and it would cost me more money to do so. I took the 40% refund and just received £7.60 within 3 days. They had clearly made a profit as the knee support looked like it cost £2 to make so this is how they exploit customers. The Evoucher is a tempting way in recovering more of your money and it was tempting however after 22 years as a detective, I realised I would be assisting in the scamming of others. This is an elaborate scam, their website is good and their products are inferior. Their business model is to capitalise off you not returning the product and I would imagine that the majority of those that do, there will be delays and lost products, fault with the return etc to make you give up and never recover your money .. Do not become another statistics of scammed customers and buy elsewhere.

Bought an item on 2-5 working days delivery as a birthday present, this was 16th May. Still no item. Everytime I email I get a stock response, emailed asking for a refund and ignoring my emails. Terrible company. Avoid.

When purchasing a fishing umberella it advised 2-5 working days express delivery. The item actually took 20 working days. Was not aware that the item was coming from China. Kept chasing my parcel asking via email where it was. Did get responses saying it's on its way please be patient.It arrived via EVRI with a LHR ( london Heathrow sticker ).Item seems okay on checking but not used yet. If they were just honest about delivery time and where it comes from.

Bought hairdryer still under warranty but blew house fuses and stopped working . Customer service is terrible still trying to obtain a resolution after first contact on 3 May sent photos as requested and still no response. I would like full refund which I’m entitled to and would advise anyone considering using this company to be aware of how poor their after care service is.

Ordered a DIY Build a Fort as a Christmas gift for my 3 yr old grandson in December 2025. Once opened, it was clearly obvious the product was not fit for purpose, as the child (nor adult!) could build a fort without excessive force. After speaking to Sarah, she agreed l could return the product for a full refund. However, AEROFLUX then refused my refund as l had opened the box which was necessary to build a fort! After a lot of emails back and forth, l finally received my refund via the Chargeback service with my bank in June 2026. I would never use AEROFLUX again and definitely would not recommend.

Appalling. Avoid at all costs

Ive returned an item weeks ago, with photos and tracked receipt that I had to pay for myself, no return label. They now have my money and the item. They are not responding at all to my emails. Am totally disgusted with them. Messages were all automated. Definitely would never order from them again.

I received my order very quickly. Communication with the company was excellent. I received a quick response to my question and can recommend the company.

Potential the worse customer service i have ever had cause to use, unfortunately. I have tried numerous times to complain about a cordless spinning mop that I received. Initially I tried to return the item and asked for a return address, no joy, then they eventually offered me a partial refund which I expected but haven't received it. Now I've got an email from the same person called Sarah who has not mentioned anything about the refund and says she sorry I am disappointed with the product. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Very poor service. If there is a way of giving them a zero star rating I would.

This company Aeroflux is DISHONEST, LIARS AND THEIVES. We have returned their PRODUCT 3 MONTHS ago. They have not RETURNED our MONEY.
LOOKS WE WILL HAVE TO INFORM THE OMBUDSMAN AND PUT OUR EXPERIENCE IN A NATIONAL NEWSPAPER!

Product has never arrived - no replies to my emails - do not answer their phone or respond to voicemail- now reported to Mastercard as potential fraud.
My advice is DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY.
One of the most terrible UK companies that I have ever dealt .

Having bought an aeroflux and put the bits together I see the plug is a two pin plug for use in countries other than the UK. Searching on the internet I find that type of plug is illegal!!!!! In the UK. Yes, down at the bottom of the buying page, right at the bottom it tells you you need an adaptor. But try and contact Aeroflot contact page you can’t contact them because a discount page blocks you. So here I am with a gadget I can’t use, a support page I can’t access. Poor show.

First time and last time using this company! Please stay well clear, order came so late and when it did arrive it was damaged and parts were missing. I contacted the company, surprise surprise no phone number just a contact form, they got back to me days later offering me a discount and I could keep the damaged goods!! I declined and asked for a return label to send back for a full refund, still waiting for the label and no one is getting back to me so I’ve just thrown away my money. Absolute joke

Terrible company. Placed an order on 9th May and still not delivered by 29th May. Customer service slow to respond and not really solving the problem.

Further to my review posted on here, I was contacted on the 16/05 with the following:
We understand your frustration and would like to resolve this as quickly as possible. We are prepared to process your refund immediately.
I've heard nothing since the 16/05, still haven't received my refund and today is now the 28/05, and my order was placed on the 08/04.
