I have been following up on a refund for a week. I have not been refunded and despite calling and chatting on WhatsApp the team are not responding. The cashier at h&m in dubai festival center branch was rude and she confirmed refund was issued but it was not and she would not listen or take note. I dont have an email address to write or a telephone number to follow up on this issue. A refund should not be that complicated.

Okay so the clothes there for kids from 10-14 clothes are just cartoons and the clothes for teens shouldn’t be like stitch and snoopy ? I want to add on better options that teenage girl would like things like y2k and cyberpunk clothings and I’m not talking about black and white stars and chains and cargo pants. I’m talking about streetwear and the full y2k stuff and also cute outfits like white with pink poca dots and the 2000s style

I returned items worth 400dhs and was told the credits would come into my Aura app. It has been 16 days and due to some technical issue I have still not received my money.

The company has all the right to accept returns in 7 days only but they hold customer money indefinitely.

What a shame!! No ownership, just being yoyoed by the team that it will be resolved.

No timeline, no alternate compensation method.

Just hold our money. How is this fair

My friend bought me an item (pants) from H&M with his blue card, which provides a 30 percent discount on the initial price. The next day I noticed that the pants was a bit small on me so I went to exchange it for a bigger size. They decided to charge me the additional 30% for the new pants even though its the same exact item, just with a bigger size.

This is completely illogical and unprofessional and shows that the store is just trying to make additional money from its customers.

Extremely bad online shopping experience. I have been waiting for my refund for past 45 days. Still they are saying “we will get back to you soon”.
Customer service is very incompetent. Such a big brand name and such disgusting customer service.
I am never shopping again with them!!
Worst experience!!!
