This site is a scam!! They sent me a coat that looked nothing like what I ordered or what they presented.. when I asked for a refund they said they’ll give me back less than half of what I spent.. DONT DO IT!!!
Thieves!! Don’t give them any money. I ordered a jacket two months ago. First they said it shipped to wrong address and then they went quiet. No response to inquiries, nothing. Money is gone!

I recieved my order on time (work,trousers/pants) but i was shocked to feel how very thin the material is and the xxl size, way to small.I carefully checked the advertising photo (scandalous) and sizing-chart and I definately feel disapointed because had the trousers even fitted,I find the above item qauilty 50% or more overpriced. I have contacted the service department by e-mail and a 24hr reply is possible ! I will update if I have recieved any further customer servive resolving any refund or exchange.
Wish I could give it 0 stars! Ordered XL shirt, the same as we've done from Shein (excellent company!) but it's nowhere near an XL. As previous reviewers have mentioned, returns have to be sent to China and paid for, even when the wrong item is sent, it's defective, or whatever. Again, the cost of the return is the same as we paid for the shirt. Have appealed numerous times for prepaid return label or straight refund as it's of no use to us. It's too small for me, a UK 10 FFS so how can it be sold as XL for men? Have photos to demonstrate but can't see how I can add those.
Advice to any potential purchaser - check out Shein! Excellent Chinese supplier, speedy deliveries and free returns to local depot, not China!

Like the previous reviewer I just read above, I ordered a men's shirt from VM Vasmok and I received a different shirt from the one ordered and pictured. Wrong color, material and style. Very cheap. I cotacted them and was told I would have to ship it back to them at my expense to return for a refund. The shirt was $30 and the cost to ship back to China is nearly that much. And I would have to depend on them to re-ship. The noncomformity of the shirt and the cheapness of it makes it appear this was a scam. I would never do business with this company again.
I waited 3 months to receive the chandelier I ordered, only to receive the wrong one. I contacted customer service and had multiple exchanges, provided pics and all the info they requested. After all the hoops, the seller is refusing to even acknowledge that I was sent the wrong item. Even when presented with side by side photos of what I ordered from the company's own website and what I received, as well as screenshots of item description and my order info with the CORRECT item number. Seller is still refusing to send me the correct item or to provide a refund. False advertising, abysmal customer service and according to the seller, in order to get a refund, I have to pay to ship the wrong item they sent me back to China. mmmmkay
