I've spoken to a few agents from this company and have been really good, the customer service and the want to find a resolution from (NAFICA) perfectly address leaving me confident that the payment plan will help me be debt free. Thank you

Zero trust

Apparently legitmised by HMRC, these skimmers just send demands telling you to pay them £whatever because HMRC said so.
A flagrant disregard to privacy and information security, served with a heavy side of "you can speak to HMRC" about it follows, Feel free to ask them what share of the £whatever debt they are taking instead of HMRC and where it is going. I'm still waiting for that answer and others.
To complete the circle of grift, they also have an "autonomous" customer complaints dept that apparently operates in glorious isolation from the contact center.

Sandra was very understanding

Sandra was very understanding of my circumstances and willing to find a workable solution. I was genuinely appreciative of her understanding. If you have something to sort out with them call them ASAP! Couldn't recommend more.

Zoe was fantastic

Zoe was fantastic, she was empathetic and listened to the situation and problem solved to reach a mutual agreeable conclusion. Have to say Advantis have a job to do, and they do it in a professional manner in all my dealings with them.
