I have received the letter from this company called CRS that owe the amount of £21.53 to EE. When I called the CRS customer service I gave them the letter reference number , my name and told them the the amount was settled/ paid to EE. I have asked them to to liaise with EE and don't send me any more letters.
The person from CRS asked me for my date of birth and other personal information which I was not happy to provide . A purpose of my call was to inform them that the outstanding balance was paid to EE and nothing is owed. But, the CRS person did not want to go further because I did not tell him my DOB.
They should comply with the GDPR - they don't have the right to store my personal information without my consent.
I am surprised that EE is using this company.

Much easier to deal with than Three mobile. I couldn’t get through to them to pay my outstanding bill. CRS were really straightforward in comparison.

Scum. Vile scum. It's disgusting that businesses like this can operate with such flagrant disregard for common decency and lawful process. No due diligence. Just empty pathetic threats from a bunch of dinkheads. Believe me CRS... You will pay the price for your disgusting practices. People and authorities will not stand for it. You have been reported and dealt with. See you in court.

I was behind my payment in one of my accounts without me noticing. I got everything on standing order but due to changes in my banking account it was left unpaid for 2 months, thus resulting to the suspension. I didn’t realise it not until my phone was unreachable. But due to my hectic schedule. I didn’t get the chance to resolve. I was worried that it would left me into a bad credit position if it would take long. Thanks to paycrs. It enables me to resolve it right after receiving the email.

Easy to use and just felt so comfortable using

Forgot about a Klarna payment of £20 for a while, this company sent me emails, texts and physical mail daily until I paid off the remaining balance

Was able to set up momthly payments but was no.option to delay the first payment sao had to wait till i got paid before i could set up payment plan which caused a delay.

They kept sending reminders and emails about my debt but they were never pushy or threatening to me. They understand how hard is for some people to pay some of their bills.

Easy set up repayment structure (although I am yet to explore how to pay in bulk apart from the arrangement made)
