The team at Admiral Marine were exceptional! Easy to contact a real human not some answer machine bot, they dealt with my claim quickly and efficiently, and there was absolutely no evidence of them trying to wriggle out of paying for anything. Really top marks!!!

She was quick to respond to our new circumstances and tailored our cover accordingly. We lost our mast and rig in a very remote place with little to no local help available. Admiral immediately made us feel calm in a very difficult situation assuring us that they were there to help us . We’ve been full time sailors for 14 years now, this is our home on the sea, and on our second circumnavigation so we are no strangers to risk. The assessor who dealt with us had good knowledge of what was required in our situation and definitely was a sailor himself. This makes a huge difference when explaining what needs to be replaced. We felt at all times that whilst Admiral rightfully questioned items around the claim that overall we were able to negotiate with mutual respect and trust. Dealing with any loss is already traumatic and having a reliable, knowledgeable and honest insurer is huge when it comes to getting through the process and maintaining the dream.
