I had ordered a part and it came in a clear bag stapled with no part number anywhere on bag. I sent back to Acura Parts Warehouse after getting an RMA no. They then denied it and sent back to me. Bag was never opened and then they also was going to take out a restocking fee. Terrible company to do business with. They just want your money. They are pitiful to deal with.

Save time and money buy genuine Acura parts
I have ordered a few things to fit an Acura TXS. Each time the part arrived in a timely manner. Since it is a genuine Acura part, it always fits perfect. I have tried buying from other vendors, but it doesn't always fit.

TPMS Sensors
When the replacement TPMS sensors from a local tire shop didn't work, it was suggested to me to get OEM sensors. These ones weren't too crazy expensive, and they all worked as they should. I received them a little sooner than was estimated, which was a plus!

Issue with returns
Don’t trust their horrible customer service with returns. They shipped me the wrong product and refused to make an exchange past their short return deadline. Spoke to managers Maribel and Joe and they are the worst experience I’ve ever had. They have zero customer service skills and will not help you process exchanges. They prefer to loose a loyal customer than honor a return/exchange. Also, they create a bogus return online experience where the system will not let you submit the claim unless you enter certain language for the request to go through. Horrible customer service and returns. Just pay the extra cost elsewhere to save the hassle with these people and company.
