1. I have done multiple purchases of Windows 11 Pro. 98% of the times entering the Key provided by you doesn't work. I have to call up Windows Help Desk and go through the process to activate it.

Very bad soft ware instalment experience
This purchased product is of no use. It intends to change google user id. Inthis way the origenal account on google can not be operated and data on mail and one drive cannot be accessed. I on the second day of purchase raised refund request which is still pending with the dealer.
