I recently purchased their Microsoft 365 key and started using it on my Mac within a month. However, my ID suddenly became invalid, indicating that the key was not valid for the desktop version of the software. I reached out to them again, but they provided me with another ID. I logged in with this new ID, but it was still not valid for the desktop app.

I’m concerned because the product description explicitly states that the key is intended for both desktop and web use. I want to use the key on my Mac, but I’m worried that it will become invalid if I store files on it. If I reach out to them again, they will provide me with another ID, but I’m worried about the stability of the system. I don’t want to use it for secondary purposes, such as saving data in the cloud. Instead, I want to save my data locally and use the ID to access the software on my Mac.

I’m also concerned about the possibility of the ID being revoked or taken back. If that happens, I’ll have to start using a new ID, which will mean that my data will be lost. I think it’s better to use the ID only for its intended purpose, which is to access the software on my Mac. I don’t want to risk losing my data by using the ID for other purposes.
