This is the first time I used their services for Mac microsoft subscription pack 21. This is fully activated. Initially, I thought this site was a scam. But I was wrong. It hardly took 5 mins to activate the subscription.

I’ve been using some of their software, and I must say their services, especially their support service, are top-notch. They’re always available whenever I reach out to them, and I usually get a reply in a timely manner. I’m happy to be a customer.

I have ordered Office 365 Professional Plus Lifetime License – 5 Devices on 22-Feb-2026. After installing I found out that add ins are disabled. When I reached out to them, they mentioned yes add ins are disabled on this version and I should another product which can support them. No where on their product page they had described the conditions they have on the order version. They denied request for refund or replacement with any version that supporta add ins, saying Oh you have already installed the product. How can someone find out what’s not supported without installation? They are selling products without clearly describing what’s supported by the version and what’s not. This is clearly deception and scam. Avoid them.

I neither received the credentials nor the refund.

Prompt customer service. Its been a more than a year and lastday got issue with the ms office. Reached out the customer service regarding this issue and i got new activation details. Buy once and use for lifetime can be trusted with License Total.
