Parcel arrived on time
Parcel arrived on time. Opened to find unzipped card insert passport holder missing. Luggage tag inside. Tried calling customer services. No answer. Complained online. No answer. Returned. Hope I receive £3.95 delivery costs with my refund. I won't buy again.

Nice and soft nightwear
Nice and soft nightwear, very comfy. Being a size 10/12, I only had the choice of going on the smaller side 8/10 or bigger 12/14. Given the advice online, I chose the latter, but a bit too big for me.

Birthday code
Had a discount code for my birthday which would not work even though the product I wanted was full price.
A few days later it was reduced, making it cheaper to buy than if I had used my discount! Used collect option which was great hence 3 stars as in between 5 for collect and 1 for birthday experience
