prenotato auto 7 posti aeroporto Catania per giorno 30 maggio 2024 e arrivati in aeroporto alle 23.30 ci viene comunicato che auto non è disponibile perchè accidentata e ci consegnano due auto con esborso di 185 euro per assicurazione seconda auto e la promessa che il giorno successivo 31 maggio 2024 ci avrebbero trovato auto 7 posti e riconsegnare le due auto dopo 9 telefonate per parlare con operatore dovuto cambiare cellulare e mi viene comunicato che il giorno dopo 31 maggio 2024 al mattino rientrava auto 7 posti e sarebbe stata riservata a noi sino al pomeriggio fatto diverse telefonate e mi viene detto che auto non era più disponibile al rientro scrivo mail il 17 giugno 2024 per chiedere il rimborso di 185 euro dell'assicurazione seconda auto per compensare la doppia spesa di carburante e perchè ci dovevano avvisare il mattino del 29 maggio che auto non era disponibile e non alla sera alle 23.30 quando tutte le altre compagnie erano chiuse ma a tutt'oggi 08 luglio 2024 non ho ricevuto risposta

I am referring to the agency at Catania airport. Upon collection they offer you additional insurance which only leaves theft uncovered. they tell you that with this coverage they add a second driver and give you a higher level car. Be careful because upon delivery the check for defects already present on the car is very hasty and superficial. Upon return, they complain about damage to the windshield (which was probably already there) and which you didn't have time to detect upon collection (they are naturally not covered by insurance). They will charge you €500. I recommend doing a deep check upon collection and if car is dirty and cannot be seen clearly, do not sign the form. Book with the insurance first and not the one offered at the time of delivery. also had to top up the oil during the trip because the service error appeared. Very bad experience

Un vraie compagnie de voleurs! À éviter comme la peste. Vol de caution, supplément assurance à payer en cash bien évidement. Traceur GPS. Une compagnie qui ne vit que de supplément sur de fausse accusation de chemin à ne pas prendre! Lorsqu'on manifeste son désaccord on a droit à des menaces et des insultes. Et lorsqu'on demande l'aide de la police ils font appel à des amis à eux!! Il faut vraiment être un abruti pour louer chez eux après avoir pris connaissance de cet avis! Dommage d'avoir eu affaire à ce type de personne dans un si beau pays!

Mi sarebbe piaciuto mettere 0 stelle. Aeroporto di Catania -Auto scarsa, pneumatici al limite e pretestuoso addebito di una riga alla portiera che al momento della riconsegna, al parcheggio NON C'ERA e misteriosamente è comparsa dopo la verifica dell'addetto che in quel momento preciso nn l'ha rilevata, noi presenti, poi al chiosco, prima di sbloccare la carta di credito è saltata fuori fotografia con una riga rossa visibilissima. Nn abbiamo visto l'addetto fare la fotografia, ma al ritorno ulteriore al veicolo parcheggiato era comparsa sulla portiera posteriore. Impossibile nn vederla alla chiusura della portiera del guidatore. La sensazione è che la riga (presumibilmente faffa con idoneo "pennarello" indelebile) fosse stata effettuata durante le operazioni di riconsegna al bureau (tra risolini degli addetti) Addebitato 268 euro fraudolentemente. Vista la quantità e la ripetitività di motivazioni "sospette" per addebitare costi a coloro che hanno rifiutato copertura aggiuntiva con loro, sarebbe utile "denunciare" tali comportamenti.

When I arrived at the desk, the only receptionist left, saying he'd be back in 10 minutes! Once returned he then tried to charge for an extra driver, (which was included in my voucher) and then over age drivers, which we were not! All the time he was messaging on his mobile. Eventually he printed off the paperwork, only to find all the extra charges were still on it! We took possession after about an hour - in the dark!

Arrives chez le loueur avec une heure de retard… la voiture louée n était plus disponible. Nous avions réglé en ligne la location.
On nous a proposé de payer 50 euros pour le retard et au final pas de voiture disponible !!!
Je déconseille très vivement ce loueur

Déjà pas facile à trouver. En suite ils ont essuyé de faire genre que notre CB ne passait pas pour la caution et on voulu nous faire payer la location en espèces avec assurances en plus vue qu’il n’y avait pas de CB. Et lors de la restitution ils nous ont accusés d’avoir frotté le bas de caisse. Nous leur avons affirmé et montré les photos prises par leur collègue a prise du véhicule qu’on voyait rien par rapport à la prise de vue et qu’il ne pouvait pas affirmer que c’était pas là avant. Compliqué de se faire comprendre personnels désagréables qui hésitent pas à vous mépriser en italien (vue que l’on comprend pas mais des personnes autour nous on traduit) nous avons contesté comme nous pouvions mais en gros tu veux pas pas grave j’ai la caution du coup t’a juste à fermer ta bouche. Du coup ils ont facturé des frais au début 450€ on a refusé et son descendu à 200€.

Ho noleggiato diverse volte, almeno una settimana o piu ogni mese per circa 5 mesi presso la loro agenzia di Milano Linate, sono sempre stati onesti, professionali, cordiali, puntuali e disponibili.

Ho noleggiato auto in diverse parti d'italia e del mondo con svariate agenzie e loro sono stati finora l'esperienza migliore.
Consigliatissimi.

Save yourself money and time. I rented here and they forced me to buy insurance at 35 Euros a day because 45 lines in to the conditions I don't have an international license. The insurance doesn't even cover windscreens and tires. My car even has the maintenance light on, I could hear them in Italian talking about changing my car when I was mad about being charged insurance when even they had a hard time finding the International license clause. They are not based at the airport so I couldn't walk away and get another car. Do yourself a favor and walk on by to another shop.

Bonjour, j'ai loué un véhicule. Au retour du véhicule tout était nickel et puis quelques jours après mon départ je m'aperçois que l'agence me prélève de 278 € en plus, je ne comprends pas pourquoi. La voiture a été rendu en parfaite état comme pour le départ.

Be aware that you may receive a bill for additional charge for no reason after you return your car. It just happened to me in Milano-Linate. After I returned the car I rented I received an Euro 480+ bill and debit to my credit card on file for damage to windshield, damage to bumper and cleaning fee (Euro 50), without further explanation or demonstration of the “supposed problems”. But there was no problem whatsoever to the car, so this is a scam!!! I got a car that was not washed, I deliver it back in the same condition I received and now this!!! You should not trust this company!!!

Vous facturent des « assurances facultatives » non nécessaires. Essaient de vous arnaquer sur les chocs invisibles !!! Faites une vidéo ou des photos et surtout sous le bas de caisse tout autour et même autour des pneus.

Non ho fatto la loro assicurazione in quanto avevo già una copertura.
Alla riconsegna,notano nella parte bassa un graffio della lunghezza di cm 5 più sottile e profondo di un capelli che con una passata di straccio si può nemmeno vedere.
Mi addebitano per quello 230 euro, che mi verranno rimborsati ma mi scoccia per il fastidio e soprattutto per la pretestuosità per incassare soldi in modo inopportuno.
Inoltre fanno pagare 12 euro per il mancato lavaggio auto.
Mai più mi recherò da loro, pur avendo altre volte noleggiato presso loro.

THIEVES!! DO NOT USE THIS CORRUPT COMPANY! They deserve 0 stars. We booked a car at the CATANIA AIRPORT office and upon arrival were informed by a woman at the desk that we must pay a €10 fee for cleaning or return the car in the “immaculate condition it is in now”. She told us “it’s a new car”. Never have we ever had to pay a cleaning fee before and I believe all other rental companies include this within the rental charge. When we arrived at the car, it had 22,000 km on the clock (so not “new” at all), had several scratches, some dents, the wheels were damaged and it was covered in drops of dried water and also had a splat of bird poo, so also not “immaculate” at all! The woman was rude when we told her we shouldn’t have been charged the €10 as the car was not clean and she said “well, I can’t tell the birds not to poo”. Inside, the car was quite dirty and stank of stale cigarette smoke. Two days later we needed to use the windscreen wipers, but guess what? No water!! So we then had to go to a petrol station to top it up ourselves.
Upon returning the car, the same woman with a bad attitude inspected the car and charged us €122 for a very light, practically invisible hairline scratch which was likely already there upon collection!
I will NEVER USE ACARENT (cacare nt) AGAIN. The staff are rude and they will charge you fees that no other rental company does. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! This company will be reported to Discover Cars, the broker who uses them.

Restituito auto in questo momento...la disonestà impera..mi hanno consegnato una 500 sinistrata..sporca e completamente ghiacciata..al controllo x la restituzione..immediatamente sono andati a trovare un puntino invisibile sul parabrezza..non potevo valutarlo viste le condizioni alla consegna..171euro di riparazione..mentre ero in attesa altre 2 persone avevano lo stesso identico problema..ufficio di 3mq in uno scantinato..al buio..impossibile valutare l auto alla consegna..mentre x la riconsegna con una lampada alogena subito andati a "cercare" il puntino...non ho parole..diffidate da questa compagnia di .......ovviamente ho fatto denuncia..ho le foto del parabrezza ghiacciato...poi si vedrà..

You get what you pay for, and in the case of this extremely affordable deal, the service was disappointingly subpar. The shuttle drivers exhibited reckless driving, and upon arriving at the ACARENT office (at 12:15 pm), I found it closed. After a call and 15-minute wait, they finally arrived without offering an apology.
Then they handed me a brand new Fiat Panda, but guess what? The front indicator bulb was blown, and it didn't even have a USB charger – something you'd expect as a basic feature. If you're considering using this service, just be sure to factor in extra time for picking up and returning the car because efficiency and professionalism don't seem to be their strong points. All in all, definitely won't be dealing with them again.

Nella prenotazione, mi viene indicato nel voucher che all'arrivo a Milano Malpensa avrei trovato un addetto con il tagliando col mio nome per essere accompagnato alla sede del ritiro. Dopo non aver individuato nessuno, chiamo il numero indicato e mi comunicano che avrebbero inviato la navetta. Dopo un pò di attesa, arriva la navetta che ci accompagna in un parcheggio custodito a Gallarate, quindi non proprio dietro l'angolo, e l'ufficio risulta in un container nel piano seminterrato del parcheggio stesso. Tralasciando la cauzione elevata rispetto altre compagnie pari a 900€ a differenza delle 500€ dei competitor, mi affidano una macchina piena di graffi e difetti, con non poca attenzione alla verifica del contratto per non incorrere in altri problemi. Morale ritiro veicolo previsto per le 10.30 e consegnato quasi a mezzogiorno!
Al rientro arrivo al punto di consegna e il container era privo di personale, chiamo e mi viene comunicato che l'addetta sarebbe arrivata subito. Di fatto ho preso il volo per un soffio dopo l'ultima chiamata. Mai più con questa agenzia!

On arrival you have to wait for a shuttle to pick you up.We didn't wait for long, but the actual rental place was a good 20 minutes driving. The lady that "welcome"us was taking a personal phone call that she carried on with for the first 5 minutes as if we weren't even there. The car was new and they charge you €15 if you return it dirty (interiors), but we were informed beforehand. Before leaving I asked her if the office would be manned at the time I was going to return the car (6PM),and she reassured me the office was always open at that time.When we arrived the office was not only closed, but no one was ansewring our calls/email/WhatsApp messages. Due to the office being very far away from the airport we had to wait for the shuttle to take us back. Only thanks to the shuttle people that understood our frustration we made on time to the airport. No further communication or apology was given to us on the following days.Worst car rental and customer service- Avoid

I always rent from the big hire companies. I regret not using one of them in Puglia because they were much more expensive. In the end, I paid more with Acarent, directed by Vipcars. Paid more than double the quote, they took nearly all my €500 deposit, charging €250 for a tiny scratch, didn't even notice, maybe caused by rain or small stones from the road.

Ottimo servizio ed esperienza, eravamo a fontane bianche vicino a Siracusa ed Avola. Auto in ottimo stato e servizio impeccabile. Grazie
