The cleaning was easy to arrange, the communication with was efficient and the end result is fabulous. The cleaners did a really good job and they were friendly and polite and had the whole house thoroughly cleaned, carpets steamed and deep cleaned kitchen and bathrooms in a morning. They really did work hard and I would thoroughly recommend Absolute Cleaning Solutions.

Turned up when agreed on time. Did a great job (Kelvin and partner) in getting the property clean and presentable. Managed to clean a carpet which I was considering replacing. Good/prompt communication throughout the booking process

Our end of tenancy clean was extremely thorough, and only took a couple of hours. Easy to book and also change the booking afterwards. Fantastic service overall.

I used Absolute Cleaning services to steam/deep clean which included carpet cleaning services for a property I had just purchased.
Overall the service was ok, in particular the majority of carpets around the house, oven, dish washer, and bathrooms, not sure about washing machine which still has an odour, i will need to go over myself, I would have given 4 stars but 3 is more deserving due to below points
1. Cleaners arrived almost 1 hour late, they were supposed to arrive by 9am However arrived near 10am, they notified me at 9.15 am that they were going to be late.
2. They finished after 3 pm. There was no follow up chat after the cleaning was complete to say that they couldn’t get some carpet stains out or that they couldn’t get certain stains out from cupboard under sink (which I managed to do with the right scouring) they seemed in a hurry to leave. I was told the carpet will take 6 hours to dry, however the carpet took a few days to dry out.
3. The cupboards were not cleaned properly, There were dirt around the shelves edges when I pulled these out. I cleaned the cupboards again myself.

Last point I need to mention is that on day of cleaning the final invoice was updated with an additional charge which I hadn’t budgeted for, I understand and accept that this additional payment charge was justified, however I expect quotes to be accurate so I know the amount I need to budget for. Moving house is very costly so every penny counts for me.

My edit response from your reply which is 2 months late.
I have lowered your score even further due to no acceptance of accountability for errors made on your part. It seems your response has with no acceptance of recognition of failures. You mention I expressed I was happy with carpet and that I had an opportunity to raise with you via email, not good to put the onus back onto paying customer as though i don’t have rights to complain if I am not happy with the service.
I stated that I was happy overall with the cleaning from what I could immediately see without going into details I expressed this to the cleaners before they left. They seemed in a hurry so did not have an opportunity to review everything thoroughly they would have supposedly cleaned in the kitchen and bathrooms.
I do not expect all stains to be removed however I do expect walk through and conversations with cleaners to show where Stains remained.
In relation to the invoice I sent through an update with an additional bathroom as soon as I realised my error well before cleaners attended for cleaning, I received the updated invoice on the day cleaners arrived, my point here is I should have received the corrected invoice as soon as I submitted an update to the order not on the day the cleaners arrived.

I have booked Absolute Cleaning for my end of tenancy apartment cleaning. The booking process was very smooth and Sharon was excellent. On the day of cleaning, Musa and his team were bang on time and they did a marvelous job in cleaning the apartment. The apartment (specially the kitchen) was not in a very good condition, but Musa and his team made it look like brand new. I am very happy with their service and will highly recommend them for end of tenancy cleaning service.

Very professional service provided throughout. Detailed quote stating what was included in the clean was very helpful, as was the user friendly system for booking and payment.

Very prompt arrival with a message to say their exact arrival time on the day. Cleaners were friendly and professional. Full end of tenancy clean was to a very high standard in just 3 hours including carpets, oven and all appliances. Very pleased with it, as is my landlord. Cannot fault my experience with absolute cleaning solutions at all.

I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Absolute Cleaning over a month in advance. In the week leading up to the cleaning date I got multiple emails from Absolute Cleaning asking to reschedule (I had to point out multiple times I couldn’t reschedule beyond the end of my tenancy). We agreed they would clean my flat one day earlier than originally planned.

I received multiple reminder emails reminding me of the date that the cleaners (plural) were scheduled to attend.

On the day the “lead” cleaner turned up, he told me that he wouldn’t be able to do the job by himself in the allotted time, and that he needed to call the head office. He left my flat and never came back. 30 minutes later I got an email telling me that my cleaning had been cancelled, and that they didn’t have the manpower to clean a “neglected property”.

I had my landlord and a friend visit on the same day, and they were bewildered by this accusation. The flat had been cleared of all possessions and was in no way neglected, it just needed a one off clean (which is why I booked Absolute Cleaning in the first place).

I can only assume that the desperate requests to reschedule and sending a single cleaner points to staffing issues, and that labelling the flat “neglected” was an attempt to deflect blame on to the customer.

I did receive a refund within a matter of hours, which is the least I would expect from cancelling on the day, leaving me with no end of tenancy cleaning arranged.

This caused me a great deal of stress, thankfully I have an extremely accommodating landlord who agreed the flat was not “neglected”.

UPDATE: The replacement company I hired, Perfecta Cleaning, had two cleaners clean the flat to a high standard in a little over three hours. I subsequently got my full deposit back. Absolute Cleaning are either incompetent or liars.

Was a great experience from start to end, communication was excellent and the cleaning was top class. Oven and fridge looked better than brand new. Had a full clean done and couldn't fault anything. Highly recommended.

Absolute fantastic! The house was sparkling from top to bottom. Will definitely be using these guys again.
