Wanted 300 for a deep clean after reading the reviews on here am glad I left it

I had a horrible experience with tammy, she skipped spots, unclean job, and horrible customer service. It's simply not worth the time and the money.

Any OR ALL of them can NOT enter your domicile!!!!!!!!!

I employed Tammy to clean my residence, but the outcome was disappointing. There were significant spots that she neglected, and she did not try to remedy the situation. I would not consider hiring her again.

Booked the window and sent a couple of messages as it was getting later in the day. Finally, at 12:40, I sent another message and was told the team was running behind (understandable) and could not make it until 4:30 (not so much). I asked for a refund and was told I should get it in 3-5 business days (which is great since no service was provided; it's ridiculous they charged me upfront anyway). In the meantime, I have wasted half my Friday and wasted money boarding my dogs. What an absolute disaster operation - I would have been totally fine with a call at around 10 or even 11 saying, 'Hey, we are so sorry - can we reschedule you and offer a discount for the inconvenience?' Something. Anything.

I had an excellent experience with Tammy and her crew. I requested a deep clean of the house and oven and they arrived promptly and went hard at work for hours until my house looked like I'd just moved in. Teen's bedrooms? Spotless and organised. Bathroom? Squeaky. Kitchen? Shiny. Oven? Like new.

They moved furniture and cleaned every spot, hoovered every inch and checked in regularly to ensure I was happy with their work. Even appreciated the cat.

Very grateful for their hard work.

I hired Dirt Devils for a one-off clean before a family gathering, and they did an amazing job! The team was friendly, and my home looked spotless. Highly recommend!

Dirt Devils handles my regular cleaning, and it's been fantastic! They're punctual, through, and make my home feel fresh every week. Great service!

I have worked with dirt devils so many times especially on student accommodations we do every year.
Tammy and her team provide a work to a very high standards and they are absolutely god send to all. Very punctual, very professional, attention to a detail, just all in 1. I would 100% recommend them.

Hi a have had a few cleaners and this company tops it all , Tammy and her team were absolutely amazing, very helpful and polite, a would recommend this company by far ,

I’ve been using Dirt Devils for years now, and sadly, their service has really gone downhill. While they used to be friendly and flexible, lately, their customer service has become inconsistent and unprofessional. The quality of cleaning has noticeably declined, with missed spots and a lack of attention to detail. Reliability has also become an issue, with them arriving late or cancelling at the last minute. It’s disappointing to see how much their standards have dropped. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and quality cleaners.

Tammy and her team are amazing at what they do ,they are always very professional and very punctual and always on time. My house is always immaculate when they leave from top to bottom it is spotless. The girls always go the extra mile and are super friendly. I wouldnt look anywhere else now to get my house cleaned ,so trustworthy as well as brilliant. Would definitely recommend to use this service. Keep up the amazing work ! Thanks again for your hard efforts every week girls.

I would definitely recommend Tammy and her team. We have been using them for few years now, they do a fantastic job, very professional and reliable.

I would definitely recommend Tammy and her team! Been using them for a couple years, do a great job, always professional and totally reliable!

I’ve been using Dirt Devils Glasgow for regular cleaning of my flat, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They consistently leave my home spotless, ensuring everything is cleaned to the highest standard. The team is always courteous and professional, making the entire experience stress-free.

What I really appreciate, besides their excellent service, is that their pricing is very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of work they deliver. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning service in the Greater Glasgow area, I highly recommend Dirt Devils. They’ve made maintaining a clean home so much easier!

I would highly recommend Dirt Devils Glasgow. We have been using them for years. They are very professional and do a great job. Super reliable and I am always so happy when I get home to a clean house

The Dirt Devils team are fantastic and I could not do without them. I have been using them for a number of years. They are always reliable, friendly, honest and hard working. They clean to an excellent standard and I like that they bring their own cleaning products/ equipment as this makes my life easier. Would recommend them.

After such awful experiences with other cleaning companies, Tammy and her team always provide a five star service. I love coming home from work and the house is immaculate and smelling fresh ready for my weekend of no cleaning. Highly recommended and have used them for several years.
