Great shop with excellent service and…

Great shop with excellent service and smooth ordering. The product arrived exactly as described and was well packaged. Delivery was not so quick, but I’d definitely order again because it is a reliable e-shop.
One suggestion: I’d appreciate having the option to choose between free standard shipping or paid express shipping for faster delivery.

"Mistakes" with reimbursement of returned goods

They keep on making the same "mistakes" when returning products that have been bought seperately twice (repurchased items due to lower price). They completely ignore the attached documents and register the return that suits them in order to reimburse the least amount. This time 3 items (2 shirts and 1 pair of trousers) were returned from the same order and the trousers were repurchased on a separate order that has yet to be received. Upon return of the 3 items, the warehouse sucessfully registered the return of the 2 shirts and the trousers were "accidentally" registered as coming from the latter of the two orders (that has yet to be received), and were thus characterised as "not received". I contacted customer service and the response was laughable. According to them, it is possible for an order to have been partially not received and returned to the warehouse(!). So, delivery was unable for just the one pair of trousers of the last order, which otherwise contained multiple other items and was sent in one package, with one tracking number, and this was deemed as possible by them. "It can happen" they responded. How on Earth is this possible?? The order contained multiple items and yet delivery was unable for only one of those!This basically means that they will not reimburse the returned trousers since the more recent order has yet to be received and is to be paid with cash upon delivery.
