This is a scam company I had issues and was told I would get a refund, I emailed Musa and he faked ignorance as a way of getting out of giving the refund, DO NOT USE, your car and money will be at risk, I had to use my bank to get my money back, as a follow up the good reviews on this are also fake

This company are continuing to promote the services of a meet and greet company at Stansted called Keir Allan. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have scammed people for the last few weeks. A2Z says that your car will be parked in a secure compound - it’s parked on a grass verge on a public road in a small village 4 miles from the airport.
We arrived back from our holiday with our children at midnight - none of the contact numbers worked. Only through looking at reviews left by other people did we find the location of our car. There were 60-70 cars parked either on the public road or in an open field. Hundreds of car keys stored in the boot of an old black Astra. We spoke to the police at Stansted who were well aware of the problem but are limited in what they can do as it is a civil case as a contact has been entered into via A2Z. They know about this and continue to use them - absolute con artists and scammers.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SERVICES!! This is the worst airport parking platform and service I have received. I was in the car for more than 45 minutes on the day at London Stanstead, when I had to drop off the car, which meant that I just made it in time for my flight. The numbers given to us to call when we arrived at the airport were uncontactable as it does not connect or goes straight to voicemail. The call handler gets irate and attempts to pass the blame back to the paid customer. When we came back from holiday (on the same trip), I got a call saying that my car will be brought to the drop off point at a particular time. The car arrived 1 hour later at 1am while I had to stand outside in the cold while my family was having to stand inside away from the cold wind. Again, the numbers given to me to contact were uncontactable. The call handler, when they called me, again was irate and trying a desperate attempt at blaming the paid customer. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SERVICES!!

I have used Ace parking at both north and south terminals in the last six weeks. Both are very simple and efficient to navigate, although they are different in terms of drop-off and pick up. They are not the cheapest, but they do include all airport fees and this means the price you pay is what is stated as such, I would recommend them to others.

It’s worth noting, however that you should get there in time to take pictures all around your car. It is also advisable to make sure your car is clean when you take these pictures. I can’t be 100% certain but I strongly suspect that a scuff mark from gentle rubbing against another car appeared on my nearside rear wheel arch. Interestingly, we delivered the car in normal drive and efficiency mode but picked it up in sport and dynamic mode. Clearly someone had been enjoying a high-performance vehicle in the short journey to and from the compound. The tank mileage left indicator had dropped by about 30 miles! You can’t guarantee any of these things with any company you use but other companies have taken photographs on delivery and I have been usually been arriving in time to duplicate them myself plus take a note of mileage. This occasion was an exception and unfortunately it is the first time I have noticed any damage however minor.

Overall, I would still recommend to others and use them again, but with a little more care on my part

Booked Aygo through A2Z parking. Had 5 stars on the A2Z website and seemed reasonable. However they don’t tell you until you have paid and received their confirmation that you gave to pay for the parking at drop off and collection which is an extra £14. At this stage you aren’t far off short stay parking or airport official valet parking which we have never had any issues with. They said they were 5 minutes away and to call at the baggage carousel which we duly did as didn’t want to risk increasing parking prices if our luggage was delayed. However we had to wait for almost an hour for the car to be brought back. They said the M4 junction was closed but they would have known that earlier in the day and could have made allowances. We also received a £90 ULEZ charge as they had driven the car while we were away which they should not have. They haven’t replied to any of my emails to try to get my money back which sadly doesn’t surprise me. Will NEVER use again.

I mentioned 3 charges in my email as I was charged 3 times, 2 of which I accepted were my fault as I said in your email as I missed the ULEZ, however they should not have been driving the car the third time and should refund the cost.

Charges in parking are very well hidden and we did not have to pay these with another service provider on your website.

Yes cost would have been the same as short stay as autopay would have been 37.50, parking £15 plus the £50 plus cost to park abd then being kept waiting for almost an hour at 11.30. Steer clear.

When we dropped the car off it was fine but on collecting the car even though I followed the instructions given to me we still waited in the cold for 25 minutes with my elderly parents, for the money we paid I didn't expect this delay.

When we returned and phoned we were advised that that our car was not due to be returned until 22nd March 2025 even though we had booked, paid and had confirmation we were returning on the 16th March 2025. This resulted in a 2 hour delay at 11.30 at night before they were able to get our car to us.

Ideal for what we required, great price, no drama meeting the bus to collect our car on our return, hassle free collection, would use again. 👍

An excellent 'no problem' experience on both drop off and pick up at Heathrow T5, the latter at just after 5am on a Sunday morning following a long flight from South Africa. Everything was well documented and organised and the car had NOT travelled far and was clean and in a good state on return. Not the cheapest but certainly one of the best and we will certainly be using A2Z and Parkair 24/7 in the future. Highly recommended.

Easy and smooth. Park your car jump on the bus which takes about 10 minutes to the terminal. On return pick up the bus where you were dropped off and return to car park.

We used this meet and greet service when we went to Florida. It was very professional, service was good and delivery and collection prompt and seamless. We will certainly be using this company again. Thank you.
