Only gave 1 star as I had too, no staff on site on arrival, long wait on both journeys as they what hours to fill the bus each trip, they lie on phones calls about were the bus is.
Stay clear of this company They then over filled bus beyond capacity

Extremely disappointing experience at Stansted. We waited around 30 minutes for our car to be collected and 40 minutes for it to be returned. Communication was very poor, calls were cut off, staff were not clearly identifiable, and there was a complete lack of organisation.

After finally returning our car, the driver and another member of staff walked away laughing while we were clearly frustrated, which we found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

To make matters worse, we were charged an additional £21 at the exit barrier.

This is not the convenient Meet & Greet service we paid for. We have submitted a formal complaint and are awaiting a response.

Very dangerous driving to and from airport. Driver recorded at 56mph in a large minibus in a 30mph zone. Really long waits and sneaky hidden charges.

Do not use this company. Postcode BS40 5EX as they apparently change company name.
Usually I use oakwood who have been great every time but this time their website said they were unfortunately able to accept large vehicles so thought we'd try this place. What a mistake!
The drive down to the parking area which is on a farm and the driveway is full of potholes! Arrived early hours of the morning with small children and they only had one shuttle running. We couldn't get on it and by the time it would have returned we would have been late. Ended up having to use my own vehicle and had one of their staff drive it back, who fell asleep on the way to the airport! If we hadn't done that we would have missed our flight. 
Arrived at the airport and had to pay £17 for the airport barriers!
Coming home, had a 3 hour delayed flight, rang as soon as we landed and was told it would be 30-40 mins. Around 2 hours later, it finally arrived. We were stood with others who were calling and getting fobbed off. Put on hold, but then the company would answer another phone when someone else rang. Completely shocking outfit. This company couldn't organise a p**s up in a brewery. Cheap for a reason, avoid at all costs.

The service is terrible - I have been waiting nearly an hour, the phone line is not answered.

My car is still not here and there is no news about when it will arrive. Do not use This company.

Awful service took ages to answer on arrival to airport which caused panic with flight times wasnt helpful when answered, then on return wouldnt answer call not needed after a long day travelling called for over a hour no answer i had to eventually walk around car park to find a member of staff to get my car back awful service bristol

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Booked for parking and once you payed they wanted another £20 for gate frees that were not explained when booking. Parked my car and waiting for the shuttle bus. On our way back from holiday, we waiting at the pick up point for over an hour and a half. Couldn't get through to them for ages. Finely after many calls, they said they'll be 10mins... half an hour later then said they were just leaving. When we finely got picked up the driver was very rude and blatantly lied about him coming back every 14mins. When we finely got back to the car park, my car had moved for some reason and my bonnet was on the latch for some unknown reason and there was scratched down my car and odd markings on the inside on my windscreen (god knows what went on) The guy there was just sleeping in the car. The whole thing was so unprofessional. AWFUL COMPANY!

Shame I can’t leave less. DO NOT use this company if you’re wanting to get home any time soon. We could have walked there and back in the time it took us to be picked up (1hr 10 mins) despite being told 30-35 mins then that they were on their way twice afterwards (it’s a 10 min drive at best).

Just scammers like the other reviews said. I wished I checked before! Hid the 20 quid drop off charges, hid the fact that they are miles a away from the airport (Bristol). Cancellation fee is 15% and takes 5 to 6 weeks to proceed ! Can't get through on the phone and if you finally do it is impossible to have a conversation as the sound on their side is so bad

Whatever you do, dont buy parking from this company!

I was made to pay 25% more than was advertised. They do not have a stand in stansted airport, they make you pay to park at short stay for 13 pounds (when dropping and receiving) And they also take forever to collect or drop off your car.

They do this while under cutting the real meet and greet facility provided by the airport.

It took 1 hour to collect my car, another vehicle driver almost missed his flight, while a third vehicle was left stranded at short stay.

We could all have been better off parking at long stay!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLS. They are scammers and tried to send us to an unknown address and pretended the drop off at luton was closed. Had to find an alternative at 4am.

1 star is too much – Refund not received after 6 weeks, unprofessional customer service
I booked with A1 Airport Parking (Premium Park & Ride Luton) and cancelled the same day via their live chat. The agent confirmed the cancellation and said the refund would be processed within 5 business days.
Six weeks later, I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact them, I get the same copy-paste response: "Your refund is in process, you will receive it in a few days." No dates, no confirmation, no action.
When I mentioned their many negative reviews online, they told me the reviews are posted by competitors. After this experience, I can confirm the negative reviews are absolutely genuine!!!!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away and use a reputable parking provider instead!!!!!

They are a bunch of thieves rude unprofessional toe rags stolen our money as we cancelled and no refund cancelled within 15 minutes after reading reviews received no email for refund tried ringing them and they put you on hold tried live chat same thing again would not touch them with a barge pole absolutely disgusting rude and fowl language down the phone disorganised bunch of pirates reading all reviews and you will understand what a corrupt organisation they are so be very aware as they damage and steal from your cars and there transport is near to non to deliver they are the biggest weasel firm i have ever to come across avoid at all measures

this is a total scam. Nothing more to be said.
Even the guy working at Bristol airport said how bad they are and even when the get shut down just open back up again a few days later.
Left us stranded and had to book another parking as we would have missed our flight. Calling is pointless as they may or may not answer and when they do it’s the same old we’ll be 5 minutes.
Oh and they make you wait in the short stay car park and the longer they take the higher your parking is to allow them out of where they told you to meet them.

When we arrived there was a family warning us not to park with them as they had to wake 2 hours and still had to pay £20 to get a taxi back themselves . We knew this was a red flag but couldn’t leave as we had to fly within 2 hours of arriving so we had no other choice . The way back we booked for 2pm we called and asked where they were as he was late by 45 minutes and he was extremely rude to my husband hung up the phone and just said thank you bye when we asked how long it would be . Please do not use this company they are complete scammers we also had to pay £17 to take us there and back with crap service which didn’t say anything about it online !

Bristol airport - A1 parking

When we arrived at the airport we had 2 vehicles booked. They could only find one and I had to get to confirmation twice of both vehicles. On the way back I expected both cars to be at the meet and greet as paid for. However one was at meet and greet and one was all the way in the green car park. I had paid for both cars to be at the terminal when we arrived back. The service was shocking when I got in my car my ac was on 6 and I was losing a good few miles. Will never use again.

So many different names used for this so called meet and greet, we parked ant Stansted, absolute shambles to drop car off, then when collecting car, no clear instructions, rude on the phone. Car was damaged and goods stolen out of car. Apparently it’s in their terms and conditions, that if anything goes missing, it’s down to the owner…so basically they can take what they want. Trying to get rectification on damage, is a joke, the customer service doesn’t exist and they certainly don’t care about their brand name, seem to change it when reviews slate them.

We thought we had booked with Meet and Greet Bristol airport, but this company seem to have hijacked the name and this confused us.
We were directed to the short term car park at the furthest part of the airport. I telephoned the number given to tell them we were there and spoke to an asian person who i could not understand, we eventually were told "twenty minutes " We waited there for what seemed ages, with others in the same predicament. Eventually two Asian gentlemen turned up, gave the car a very thorough examination, took the keys and said we could leave.it was an extremely hard slog up to the departure lounge, For us both 75 with a big case.
On return a week later, we phoned the number given and was told " 40 minutes " it was a long wait and after a long flight we were exhausted. Also, we had to pay to get out of the car park.
The original Meet and greet are next to the departure lounge not half a bloody mile away and all exit fees were included.
I would NOT use A1 Meet and greet ever again.

DO NOT USE this parking place. After we booked only then did they say their airport shuttle cost an extra £10 per person each way. When we cancelled only 15 minutes after booking they charged a 15% cancellation fee. They said the hidden fees are in their small print and they sent us on a loop to cancel. Apparently you can only cancel through the chatbot online. When you call they are super unhelpful and useless. Avoid at all costs.
