I’d just had an awful experience with Sky who had let me down with poor communication after moving home. I had enquired about moving to 4th Utility to upgrade the speed of my board and to 900mb. Bernie called and took me though it all in detail and made the decision really easy. She also said she will try to move the date forward, and promised to look for an earlier date if available. She then followed up by email afterwards, just the level of communication I was hoping for! Thanks Bennie 😊

There seems to be a complete lack of integrity with 4th Utility
4th Utlity sent a Trooli engineer to set up a new service at my property. One hour in and the engineer had the cables connected to my property, but said he could not complete the connection and 4th Utility would come out and install a connection.
Next day an email from 4th Utility saying they could not provide a service. Cables still connected to my property and 4th Utility advise me to contact Trooli as they are not prepared to do so.
Bad service, and unprofessional committing to what they cannot deliver. Curt and dismissive response when I contacted them. There seems to be a complete lack of integrity with 4th Utility

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. No wait times and very polite agents. I spoke to Kay today and she very extremely polite, professional and answered all my questions. The new customers onboarding process was so smooth and yes I did sign up to a new contract.

Good customer service for a cancellation
Fasil and Riyaaz handled the cancellation of my account - (because my landlord didn't want the fibre engineers digging the drive) - with friendliness and professionalism. Excellent customer service.
If I move to another property (that has fibre available), then I will return to 4th Utility for my provider.
