My call was answered immediately by Ash and he guided me through the whole process smoothly. He even stayed on the line whilst I sorted out taking photos and emailing them over. Ash was very knowledgeable and friendly and sorted out the WiFi problem in the end.

I’d just had an awful experience with Sky who had let me down with poor communication after moving home. I had enquired about moving to 4th Utility to upgrade the speed of my board and to 900mb. Bernie called and took me though it all in detail and made the decision really easy. She also said she will try to move the date forward, and promised to look for an earlier date if available. She then followed up by email afterwards, just the level of communication I was hoping for! Thanks Bennie 😊
