Easy and simple
The process was really straightforward and Mike explained things really clearly. The deal I first saw had expired but it was no issue, Mike got us an even better one. Really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

Tom was super friendly and personable. He immediately sorted out my fibre move and gave clear instructions for next steps. Great not to have a robot or an offshore call centre!

Excellent service. Riyaaz was extremely efficient. Very knowledgeable. 4th Utility exceeding expectations after awful experience with previous supplier. Went from an Internet speed of 40 to around 139.

Effortless experience so far
Pretty much effortless experience so far. First day having the internet connected, so I can only speak to their customer service and technical support which has been excellent.
Kay was a fantastic help in finding a package that suits my needs, answering the questions I had about the contract, and getting me set up.
Ash, on the technical support team, helped get my router switched over quick and easy after a small issue on the first day.
I went with 4th utility in part because the previous tenant already had it set up, so that meant my connection could be activated immediately, which it was. However, the router did seem to be stuck broadcasting the old SSID. But a quick call resolved that in only 30 mins. Perhaps that could have been avoided, but I've had far worst difficulties with other providers in the past, this was a breeze!

Sadly they are just as poor at customer service as some of the legacy providers.
Install took place and line worked for a few hours before I lost connection, took ages to get thought to anyone on phone, finally did and told was a city fibre issue and would take 24hrs to sort. Well it took 48. But fine. I had been happy for a few months following this so, used my "refer a neighbour" link to sign my father in-law up. this should of given him 3 free months and me a £100 voucher. He now hasn't got his free months and I don't have my voucher. When we called, told the link didn't work. Passed around the houses as no-one knew what to do. finally told they would put a credit on his account for value of free months and i'd have to call for voucher once his sorted. well, he still doesn't have this credit. clearly lied to assumably to just get us off phone. appalling service with no one able to take accountability or ownership. very disappointed now
Update.
To make things worse, the reply to this review asking for my details to investigate. I provide these and then get no reply at all. So clearly the reply hear is just for show!
