I spoke to Peter who was very polite and helpful. My contract is due to be renewed and I was looking for a good deal. Sadly the figures quoted were far too expensive in comparison to other providers so I have chosen to take up a plan that fits my budget.

Ash in the tech team is Fantastic!
After a random cut out of my broadband I called 4th utility and couldn’t get through. This was around 7pm the same day. The sales team who were the only people that answered said that the tech team were not there till 8pm as I had thought. I then called the next day and spoke to Ash from the tech support team. He was very helpful and was aiming to sort my router issue out which seemed to be the problem. After he went through the trouble shooting process my connection came back to life. Ash didn’t rush in trying to resolve the problem or try to pass the call to someone else. He worked to resolve my router issue which managed and got my broadband up and running in no time.
Great service from Ash!! If all of the tech support team at 4th utility work as well as Ash does I’m sure anyone facing a similar problem to mine will not have to worry about getting re connected in a timely fashion
