Оплатил заказ 16 июля 2021 г. Прошло 69 дней но моя посылка все еще не получена. Продавец игнорирует письма. Деньги не возвращает. Посылка потерялась в 100 километрах от меня в компании СДЭК. Спустя 75 дней посылку доставили. Товар нормальный. Работать с данным продавцом или нет решайте сами.

Stay Away
I have ordered from 3Avape numerous times. Recently I placed an order to be delivered to my sister. They asked for a copy of my credit card and my ID. I sent my ID and had PayPal send confirmation that the order was legitimate. I wasn't sending a foreign company my credit card, that's why I use PayPal. They will not deliver or refund. Stay away from this site

Great shop, great deals
I have ordered from them this past year 3 or 4 times and haven't had any issues. I normally recieve my orders in about 10-14 days or so. When I emailed support with questions they got back to me within a day. Overall I have no issues and only but good things to say. Would recommend. Great prices and sales, if you don't mind the wait it's worth a try.

Orders Took a While But Came Through.
I've ordered from these guys a few times and all has arrived as advertised. Sure, it took a little bit to get here, but anything you purchase from overseas is going to take a while, esp. now. This isn't Amazon, you cannot expect your package to arrive in 2 business days. Have a little patience and faith.

Это ужасно, я оплатил заказ 29 марта 2021 года, его не отправляли в течении 40 дней, после чего я потребовал отменить заказ и вернуть мне средства, support сказал что он отменил заказ и деньги вернуться в течении 2~3 рабочих дней, но прошла уже неделя и ничего не вернулось!

Near to zero customer service and…
Near to zero customer service and security payment problems since they can't offer PayPal anymore.
Lost due this over 160, - Euro with the payments system and they don't care about.
Also items get not reserved when not all ordered items are in stock.
