ok i ordered a 510 adaptor last jan 23,2021 but until im writing my review today i havent got the item yet when i check the tracking # to usps it said they are still waiting for 3avape to send the package to usps here is the order#1000084449 so what is going on i only want to know thank you

have not yet recieved my item had been processing sinds 7th January Order #1000083740 have send 2 emails no respond...,..

En 4 commandes chez eux, j'ai eu 1 seul produit secondaire non-conforme à la commande, et ils répondent aux mails pour régler le problème. Les prix sont imbattables, livraison en 15 jours, tout est authentique. Certes on trouve pas toujours ce qu'on cherche, mais quand c'est le cas c'est jackpot; moi ça ne me dérange pas d'attendre 15 jours au lieu de 3 pour économiser 30 à 40% (parfois plus...). Je recommande sans hésitation. =)

Avoid this company at all cause. They are not a real vape shop or retail. They are the real definitions of a middle man. All the products they sale are either defective or they are waiting for actual manufactures to process the order. I have bought a mod from them which stop working after 2 days. I’m in the process of getting a diff mod from this company which has taken 3months and counting and yet still waiting for my mod. Customer service is a joke. Shelby is one of there reps who over promise things and can not deliver. Such a hugh disappointment. Whatever your do BUY ELSE WHERE. DO THAT FAVOR.

I ordered YiHi SX mini on this website in Aug 2020. After successful payment, I didn't receive any email or confirmation for more than a week. There is no phone number or email to contact them. At last, I raised dispute with Paypal, which i used as payment method, Paypal didn't help at all. However, I got an email from this company that they dispatched the product from China and will take one month time to reach USA. The product, which did arrive after four weeks, didn't look original. Anyways, i used it for next three/four weeks, when it stopped restarting. Though the product has six month warranty, i never received an invoice from them to demand my warranty from YiHi directly. When i contacted 3avape demanding an invoice, they asked me to send a video of showing the problem with Mod. Even receiving the they stopped replying back to many of my emails. So, I lost $180 for this bogus company sending duplicate products from China. They don't have US warehouse and support, though they claim they do on their website. Bloody suckers.

I placed two orders, I already sent several emails asking for an arrival forecast and nothing, my order was in Nj and never changed. For you who are reading, do yourself a favor and don't buy there. I think that to reply to my email I have to send a smoke signal. Extreme disrespect for the consumer, I go after my rights if my product doesn't arrive.

They didn't respond to multiple emails about a refund and barely respond to any sent in general. they said i would receive a refund within 48 hours and it has 4 days and literally no emails being sent back. save your cash and buy from elsewhere

Take care with warranty. I purchased an yihi minisx sl class that has short issues. I sent them a video explained evreything as they asked. All good until i asked for my refund. To get a full refund you need to send the product back, no matter that is useless product. They are forcing you basically, to accept their offers instead of getting a paypal refund, because you need to pay for shipping to return the product. They did offer me a store credit which i declined, because i want to buy locally in case of warranty issues.

Retailers, never had an issue with warranty problems. They refunded instantly when there were problems.

Later edit: i have been in contact with one of your operators. Its been 2 weeks since i have been contacted for a replacement. No news yet.

My shipment number 100077407 did not reach me and I sent more than one letter asking about the date of its arrival more than once, and you did not answer me?

I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago. After a week had gone by and no communication whatsoever, I sent an email to check on my order status and have still heard nothing. I really do not like being kept out of the loop when making a purchase. I am feeling very frustrated and honestly wondering if my order is ever going to ship.

I had a great experience with 3Avape. It may take a little longer to get your items as compared with buying from a US site. But you cannot beat the savings. I've had only great experiences dealing with 3Avape. A little patience saves a lot of money. They have a very good selection of vape items, so you should find what you need. Overall Great Vape Site.

Bonjour, j’ai essayé de me faire plaisir sur certain article chez eux et malheureusement départ de colis en retard après réclamation ! Il disent l’avoir envoyé et une fois en France le colis disparaît et pourtant noter comme livré par le service postal et suite à des réclamations ni le service de livraison est cohérent et même en me retournant vers eux ( RIEN ). Plus, jamais de commande chez eux
