I ordered a coat in March, and now we're in July, I had an email from some Shipping company saying delivered but it hasn't I've asked for some kind of delivery note or proof of delivery but there was nothing. It did say my address just a post code, but people's post codes in the are have the same one, and no one has helped, or got back to me, but I have told them that I am going to the fraud investigation department at my bank so they can investigate this, I told them it's theft for taking my money with no product. And it seems to me that this is happening quite a lot, it needs shutting down so they can't scam and steal anyone else's money

I too was scammed. I ordered some goods in March. I tracked the items supposedly to my home town,then got a message to say my order had been delivered. No sign of goods, no photo or proof of delivery. Got a load of excuses when I complained. Lost in transit etc
Total SCAM

Placed an order in April. It didn't arrive, they said it was lost in transit and would send me a replacement which never arrived either. I asked for a refund a number of times. Now they send a generic email saying order information cant be found. It's a total scam

_SCAM_ I ordered items from this company. I saw the advert on Google so thought it was genuine. It's not KEEP AWAY because the items will never arrive it's a big SCAM, when you get intouch they just keep fobbing you off with a whole load of sh.. Keep your money and go shopping on a safe site.

Saw the ad on Google & ordered 2 items in March. Have twice received tracking details saying the items have been delivered but nothing has arrived. Requested a refund twice but nothing received. Have realised that this is a scam & wish I’d looked on Trustpilot before ordering. Can’t believe I’ve been so stupid 🙁.

Scam! Ordered and all I received 2 weeks later was a card saying thank you for buying from us!

Ordered in May spent £19.99 Email received to say order has gone through then got an email to say expect delivery. Saturday 7th June stated delivered. All I received was a card stating thank you for buying from us. What an absolute scam of a company

DO NOT use this site !!..scam..scammers 🤬.. I ordered, and paid for some items, NOTHING came, but they said my parcel had been delivered..no refund..lost my money..DO NOT use !!!!!!!

Yes got scammed too. They insist my order was delivered, no proof and now the site has closed down. I thought it was a part of Temu. Lesson learned.

Scam and scammers. You will not receive bought items. Firstly- there is no cancel order option; customer service is a doggy address. The photos of clothing are taken from legit websites. Shame that now there is so many fraudulent online shops.

Do not buy from this scam company I bought a top for hubby bday in April total 18.69 its now may and nothing ive sent several e mails but its an automatic response they are nasty scammers

Complete scam, things ordered never arrive though so called "tracking" provided showed as if parcels arrived.
The company lies in their replies.
Only with the help of paypal I managed to retrieve my money.

Same here. Paid £35.08 on 16 March. Eventually replied to my emails saying goods had been delivered, but of course they never were. Don't know how to get FB to take their ad's down, but have sent a message to RIP Off Britain at the BBC, so hopefully they will be able to do something about this.

It is 100 % scam. Sadly, I fell for this scam as well. They even have a tracking app and that one is fake too. And the fact that they have PayPal as a method of payment increases their credibility, but PayPal is useless in this case and the scammers knew that. It is impossible to breath these days without someone trying to scam you. We live in a broken world. Too bad that the scoring system force us to give a star. I would preferred to give them zero.

I only decided to buy from this site because I could use PayPal to pay and also before reading all the reviews.
Unfortunately PayPal have looked at the tracking history after I contacted them that I had not received the goods and have disputed my claim as the seller said the goods had been delivered. The seller hasn't produced a photo of were they say the parcel was left because we certainly have not physically taken delivery of the parcel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.
