Shoes arrived quickly. They are a great fit and very comfortable.

Very disappointed.

I bought my first pair early last year and loved them so thought I'd get a new pair this year. Within a couple of months, the shoes kept squeaking whenever I would walk/ run in the them. Despite having barely worn them and not worn them in the rain.

I flagged this to the customer service team as they were faulty and they only could offer £22 partial credit. On a pair of shoes that cost £220.
Very disappointed and doesn't make me want to buy a pair in the future which is a shame as I loved the first pair

Finally tried a new brand of basketball shoes. I’ve been wearing the same brand for years. They fit well, but usually didn’t last long. I pulled the trigger and bought a pair of Jokić and absolutely love them. For someone who hoops 3-4 times a week these shoes not only look fantastic, but are the best fitting shoes I’ve ever worn. The traction is amazing even on some dusty floors and after 9 months of playing they are still going strong. I liked them so much, i already bought a second pair.

I,ve bought 4-5 pairs of 361 shoes specialty AG 6 and jockic.

I had a great experience with the support team since my order was too small for my daughter. We appreciate the great customer experience and are ordering the correct size today.

I like the shoes and use the ELEOS (older version & 2) in rotation. I use the flame for speed work and ran a 10k in the flame with comfort, snd success. I plan on using the ELEOS 2 for my two fall marathons.
Customer service told me I would get a 20% discount with video review, which I gave, but i never got the discount. I even wrote in about it and I was told they would look into it but i never got a follow up.
Sticking with it for now but disappointed in the lack of follow up.

I purchased several pairs from 361SPORT, including the Joker 1 GT SE “MIRO,” Joker 1 “Triple Red,” Joker 1 “Joker,” Joker 1 SE “HIGH 5,” and Joker 1 “Anchor of Time.”

The shoes are amazing. The best way I can describe them is "high performing". I use them mainly for basketball but also for jumping rope. These shoes are better than Nike or Jordan in my opinion.

They look great, feel comfortable, and the quality is excellent.

I’m really happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend 361SPORT to anyone looking for stylish, high performing basketball shoes.

One note: They also have a great customer service team who has provided me with excellent service when I had questions about the shoes or my order.

My daughter loves these shoes when we received them they were to small she was so sad but we sent a message to see if we could ship them back and reorder a new pair and they were so quick to respond and very helpful about getting the return taking care of for us! Definitely would buy again from them.

Purchased a pair of the AG6 Earthbound shoes and i absolutely love them! Super comfortable and bouncy... and love the brown color tones (something you almost never see). Shipping was fast and shoes arrived in perfect condition. Will purchase again!

I received a size that was too small for my granddaughter and they were very willing to send me a free return label and help me reorder the correct size.

Tengo 2 pares de zapatillas. Las AG Explode II y las AG Zen 8. Las agujetas de las Zen 8 se desatan fácilmente. También las Zen 8 me han generado algo de dolor en el borde externo del pie derecho, sobre el 5o dedo, tal vez sea por el uso de mis plantares. Creo que el diseño de las zapatillas debería tener en cuenta el probable uso de "Plantares Ortopédicos" por parte de los deportistas.

They don't post negative reviews, they're dishonest, I found their shoes uncomfortable and slippery and they don't accept returns if you've every worn them. Whether defective or not. Piss poor customer service.

"Je partage mon expérience décevante avec 361 Europe. J'ai commandé 5 paires de chaussures (297€). Après un long délai de livraison, j'ai voulu en retourner deux. Il m'a fallu envoyer 7 emails avant d'obtenir une réponse, pour m'entendre dire que les frais de retour étaient à ma charge.
J'ai renvoyé un article à mes frais (26€), livré hier (preuve de suivi à l'appui), mais l'entreprise reste totalement silencieuse et ignore mes messages concernant mon remboursement.
Un service client en dessous de zéro et aucun respect pour les droits des consommateurs. Soyez très prudents avant de commander : si vous avez le moindre problème, vous serez livrés à vous-même !"

Wanted me to send my id and credit card over email to confirm an order when I paid through PayPal. Never had this come up ever. Must be indicative of a poor corporate culture.

De skal sendes retur til USA. Dette koster mellem kr. 450,-og 700,- Det er sgu dårlig service.
