My daughter was in the market for volleyball shoes for months and she finally found the perfect ones on Way of Wade DLo 1s - cherry blossom! After her first practice with her new shoes, she was raving about how comfortable and supportive they were and said she could definitely tell they were made for volleyball specific movements. She also LOVES the style/design. We’ll definitely be shopping Way of Wade from now on. Also, their customer service is phenomenal!

The customer service is terrible. They take days to reply, and I even had to email twice just to follow up on my enquiry. I requested a return with the tags and original packaging all intact, yet they rejected it over minor sole marks from briefly trying them on for sizing. To make matters worse, this was a non-US return that I had to pay for out of pocket. Overall, a very frustrating and unreasonable experience that completely ruined the purchase. I would not buy from this company again.
Word of advice: not worth it.

Shoes arrived on time and in good condition. Order the wrong size and have been working with provider to return. They are been way to work work with and accommodating.

Very satisfied. This is my son's third pair of Way of Wade 10 shoes. He likes the cushioning and comfort the shoes provide during games and practices. He needed to change the third pair. Joe, the service manager made the process easy.

Way of wade 12 is one of the best sneakers I have ever purchased. It’s super light and a great performer and the design and the color way is high level.

I had an issue with a recent Way of Wade purchase where the shoes didn’t work for me due to significant forefoot discomfort during play. While that was disappointing, I want to specifically recognize Chloe from the customer service team for how she handled the situation.

Chloe was professional, responsive, and clearly took the time to understand my experience. Even though my return didn’t qualify under the standard policy, she worked with me and was able to offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, which I truly appreciated.

Customer service like this makes a difference, and Chloe represented the brand well. Thank you for your help and for making the situation right.

Purchased what I thought was a pair of premium shoes but what I ended up getting was a pair of shoes that after light use for a couple of months have started to delaminate. I have been in touch with the Customer Support but haven't been able to figure things out. Having purchased these as a Christmas present for my son, he didn't start wearing them until after the school break and when we noticed the defect it was beyond their 60 day policy. Unfortunately I would say that my son wore them maybe 30 hours in total. Customer support has been lacking. I doubt that I will ever buy another pair of their shoes and will not recommend them. I know that @WayofWade can do better than this.

UPDATE (April 2026):
Following the company’s public response here promising a ‘personal escalation,’ I was contacted privately by their ‘highest management.’ Despite acknowledging the manufacturing defect, they have officially refused to provide a replacement or a fair refund, stating that their 'maximum resolution' is the $30 refund they already pushed through.

It is disappointing that a brand charging $200 for premium performance footwear considers a 15% refund an acceptable solution for a structural failure. Their public claim of wanting to 'make it right' appears to be a PR formality rather than a genuine commitment to quality. If you’re a basketball parent, be aware that their warranty effectively ends after 60 days, regardless of the condition of the shoe.

Just got my shoes from Way of Wade and I'm really impressed. The designs for Wade are on fire year over year and they shipped faster than expected. And I'm also surprised by their customer service team with fast response and solved problems for me. Definitely ordering again:)
