I ordered a custom pair of Sponge bob and patrick JA3 Nike basketball shoes. The company Kicksown advised that because they are custom, there are no returns. However, after one use, the paint they used to customize the soles started peeling off and the tip of one shoe's sole is starting to come unglued. If a company customizes something, they should stand behind their work and the materials they use. The customer service rep Amy Smith (if that's her real name) isn't offering any real correction to this problem but a $15 discount on $300 shoes.

I ordered a pair of Anta Kai 1 Dazzling Sun sneakers. The product itself is excellent and everything is fine.

The real downside is the customer service!!!
After the estimated delivery date had passed (about two weeks), the website still showed “ordered.” So I sent emails and asked questions on their website but never received a response.

More than two weeks AFTER the estimated delivery date, I honestly thought I’d been scammed and that I’d never receive my package...

I was so desperate that I even asked ChatGPT for help!
And that’s when it told me about 17track. 17track is a site that lets you track where your package is.
The site is updated once a day (unlike others...-_-) so it’s great when you’ve been waiting a WHOLE MONTH for a pair of €170 shoes!

As a result, I waited two more weeks for my order to arrive at the pickup point.
It was just a week before that when I finally received an email response from Kicksown telling me... to wait...

Now I understand better why people said they “never” received their orders—in fact, their packages probably did arrive, but it’s IMPOSSIBLE for the customer to know! So the package was sent back to the sender...

Please, Kicksown, SERIOUSLY review your customer service—it’s a disaster!

Bought a pair of shoes true to size. They ran long so the same day I received them I followed their return instructions and contacted the email address. Still have not received any response. I even reached out to their chat support within the seven day return window and they assured me someone would get back to me. Shipping took a while too. Not impressed at all and now stuck with shoes that don't fit right . Thanks🙄.

Ordered 2 different pairs of basketball shoes:Anta Kai and LiNing Wade 808 5, for my 14 yrs old twin boys. The shipment lasted 3 weeks, knowing one pair came from Chine, I find it fine. The total amount payed was 269€ (discount included). Anta Kai are stil as new ones but Wade got a hole about 3 cm big.
Both pairs are worn ONLY indoors. So, I was offered a 20€ coupon discount for next purchase with explanation this is something that shoes may experience when they are worn? To last 3 and a half months??!!!
This is insulting and disappointing.
Will make sure that potential buyers in Croatia find out about the “quality” of bought shoes and how Kicksown treats their customers.

I bought something from this site, but my order never arrived. After two months, they told me the package had been lost, and I never got my money back either. Be careful with this site—it’s a total scam.

I can't trust the information given about the delivery time. If my order is going to take two months, just tell me.

Order came in time as it was said, exellent customer support, fast answers, overall very good expirience.

Support was responsive. Which is rare nowadays !

Shipping was long, they said it would be. Got my shoes perfect condition, box was a little damaged shoes are fire shi. Reviews are deceiving I was nervous but got some quality limited kicks and they are legit i would purchase from them again!!🤷‍♂️

Never got the product. Customer service refused to look further into the issue and contact USPS to check address. Refused to issue refund saying it’s a ‘loss’ for the company. As a company that sells international shoes pretty ridiculous that they don’t care about the product getting to the customer.

Good communication from staff and item posted with great tracking.

I rerget to say that I'm not happy at all with the service. I never received my order.

According to the people of Kicksown my order was stuck in customs for more than 30 days.
However I live in Greece and tracking link kept showing that my order was out for delivery in Budapest, Hungary. I begged for an explanation but I never got one and that made me suspect something else happened. I don't know what.

Two stars because I got a refund in the end. I appreciate this but the rest of the experience was ultra negative.
