Some of the best customer service I have ever received! We didnt notice we had ordered different sizes for the top and bottoms on the order...we were contacted by text to ask if this was intentional.... Näytä lisää

Item arrived in a timely manner. Was well packed in large box and packing material. Despite this some of the thin metal fins / wings were bent, not really a problem as I was able to reshape them easi... Näytä lisää

Great Customer service

Had emailed them previously about an item that wasn't listed on their site, received a response saying they would be in stock shortly then received an email telling me the item had arrived before it was made public, you can't beat that for customer service! This is how companies should operate. The shipping was quick and free!!!

My original order was cancelled twice
They contacted me very quickly and the lady in the office handled the matter very professionally what I ordered was out of stock so I just ordered another item and they made sure my items were sent to me also offered a courier to get my items to me speedily I can't thank the girl in the office enough she really made my day 😊 😋 thankyou again 2W distribution
